Apartment Kaiserseite is located in the Berghof apartment complex at about 900m altitude directly on the ski slope in winter and on the beautiful hiking trails in summer. The slopes and hiking trails are directly connected to the Hartkaiserbahn. This takes you to one of the largest ski areas in Austria, SkiWelt Wilderkaiser-Brixental with no less than 280 kilometers of slopes for every level. The Kitzbuhler Alps are just around the corner where you can enjoy another 170 kilometers of slopes.

The space
This apartment is characterized by the perfect layout of the studio. In addition, a beautiful view from the private terrace on the Kaiser mountains. The apartment has a living room with a (sleeping) couch (200x120 and max. 110 kilograms), double bed (200x160), TV, dining area and of course a kitchen to prepare a simple meal. The rental is arranged from the Netherlands. In front of the entrance of the complex are key safes that can be opened with a code. Shortly before your arrival you will receive from me the code of the key safe by mail. Note that the key correctly hangs back is also part of the deposit.

The space
Just to the right after the entrance is a small bathroom with sink, shower and toilet (hair dryer,shampoo and bath towels are provided). Furthermore, you can get to the kitchen-living room. Here there is a simple cooking facility, fridge, microwave and coffee maker /pods(available). There is also a table with seating for several people. The sleeping gallery can be reached via a narrow staircase up. Here is a 1.40 meter wide bed available, the living couch can be offered at any time as an additional sofa bed - extra charge 25.00 per night /person - to be paid on site!
A wide closet TV and Wi-Fi are available free of charge and in the basement there is a washing machine, washing powder is also there.

The comfortably furnished apartment Christof, is located in a residential area on the outskirts of Oberau on a slight hillside and can be easily reached by car via a small road. From the house and balcony you have a beautiful panoramic view of the opposite mountains and parts of the village Oberau. The house entrance is shared with the landlady who lives on the ground floor. A wooden staircase leads to the apartment on the 1st floor. The center of Oberau is just a few minutes' walk away. The SPAR market is only about 1.8 km from the house. Pizzeria Italia about 600m, bakery about 1.2km, other restaurants and cafes about 1.4km. Parking at the house, single garage on request.

Since our house is located on a mountain, a car is clearly an advantage. Of course, you can also walk up easily, but you have to allow 30-45 minutes per trip

Living room: The cozy living room is equipped with a sofa bed, a small wall unit, as well as a TV and a dining table with 3 chairs. Here you will also find access to the balcony, from where you have a beautiful view of the village of Niederau, the Wilder Kaiser and the Kitzbühel Alps.

Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen has a kitchenette with fridge, oven, dishwasher, ceramic stovetop, coffee filter machine, toaster and kettle.

Bedroom: The small cozy bedroom consists of a double bed and a closet with curtain, as well as a shelf. Bed linens are available.

Bathroom: In the bathroom there is a shower, sink, toilet, towel dryer and hairdryer. Hand and shower towels are provided.
