From here in a few minutes you can reach the city hall, promenade, train station, spa park, shops, clinics, bakeries. 2 Free parking spaces are the first two on Färbergasse pararell next to Rossmann and behind Rossmann via the pedestrian bridge back to the house. Others are straight ahead in Gerberstraße and Sperlingsallee. From there back over the pedestrian bridge is right by the house.

The approx. 85 m² apartment is located on the 1st floor of a semi-detached house built in 1956 in Mietraching, close to Bad Aibling. It has three bedrooms, one is equipped with a 180x200cm bed, the other two with a 140x200cm bed each and an armchair. Welcome to ♡ Bavaria, in the small village of Berbling.
The first floor apartment is part of a former farm and can accommodate 4-5 people. For nature and culture lovers, Berbling is in the perfect location. The apartment consists of two bedrooms, a small bathroom with bathtub and toilet, a large living area with fully equipped kitchen, dining area and seating in front of a cozy fireplace. Pets are also welcome as long as the animals behave :-)

The space
In the apartment you will find fresh bed linen and towels, an equipped kitchen and well-functioning Wi-Fi. In the summer months you can barbecue on one of the two terraces and on cold autumn or winter days you can make yourself comfortable in front of your own fireplace. For this, we always provide you with enough wood. The apartment also has central heating, of course. In the living room there is a large foosball table that can be used.


✰ Location and activities

Berbling is a small idyllic village, which lies on a small hill. Here you can jog, go cycling, explore the small Bavarian village (art history, church) or simply enjoy nature on a walk.
Please bring your own bikes as we are unable to provide them. In Bad Aibling, 4 km away, it is possible to rent bicycles.

Not far away (about 15 minutes by car) are the Bavarian mountains and you could take beautiful hikes there. Once you arrive at the top of the hut, you can then fortify yourself with regional specialties. Many hiking trails are also suitable for sledding in winter. Skiers or snowboarders will find the first ski resorts about 40 minutes away. The closest ones are, for example, Sudelfeld or Oberaudorf.

Bad Aibling is the nearest city and is about 4 km away. There you will find numerous supermarkets, shops such as for clothing or drugstore supplies, a spa area and swimming pool, cinema, ice rink, cafes, ice cream parlors and restaurants.

The next biggest city is Rosenheim. It is about 13 km away and offers plenty more than all that your heart desires. For all night owls, there are great pubs and clubs that are highly recommended.

The Bavarian capital Munich is easily accessible by train from Bad Aibling. For example, use the BayernTicket (up to max. 5 people). You can then use this for the round trip on the same day.

In the surroundings of Berbling there are also numerous smaller and larger lakes. For example, the "Bavarian Sea" - Lake Chiemsee can be reached in just 30 minutes by car.

Our historic Stiagn-Schuster house has been lovingly renovated and modernized. It is located in the old, tranquil village center by the creek. On the shore and in the abundant green and flower-planted alley are shaded beer gardens that also serve good, inexpensive food. Our cozy, quiet neighborhood is very much appreciated by many of our visitors for its typical pre-Alpine construction and its southern charm and also the residents enjoy living here.

The two-room apartment is a non-smoking apartment in the lovingly renovated, historic "Stiagn-Schuster-Haus" is well and comfortably equipped and completely modernized a few years ago. I like to live in Bad Aibling as a host because of its highly valued recreational value. My hobbies are: mountain hikes, extensive bike rides, e.g. to the swimming lakes or also along the Mangfall bike path and along the Inn to Kufstein, spend relaxing hours in the spa and also travel to foreign countries and cultures.
