- "Our host was helpful, responsive in a very timely manner & our home-away-from-home was nice and offered us privacy. We enjoyed the full wall of windows/door to the patio deck. There is lush vegetation out back. We loved the morning sunlight each day that came into the place. The living space was a good size for the 2 of us; bed was really comfortable and cozy. WiFi was strong, there was a TV though we didn't have time to watch it. It was nice having a small kitchen tho we didn't cook there. We had a private bathroom with a shower that had great water pressure and temperature control. Everything was as noted on the listing. Our train ride to Munich for Oktoberfest was about 23-30 min. but was a nice ride. The town & lake area is quaint and relaxing. The walk to & from the train station gave us daily exercise but was a beautiful walk. After a few days, we found a different route for the times we didn't want to trek the several sets of city steps to our "home." There is an outdoor spiral staircase on the property to get down to the studio, though we don't have mobility issues so it wasn't an issue. The neighborhood is nice, quiet and peaceful. All in all, we greatly enjoyed our stay and would stay again should future travels bring us back to Starnberg. *"

Lake Starnberg and Starnberg city center are a 15-minute walk away, where many restaurants are located.

The apartment is modern, with a double size bed (180x200m), desk, beard table with 2 seats in the dormer and a sofa (can also be used as a sofa bed). In the kitchen everything is available for the preparation of breakfast, lunch and dinner. The meal can then also be taken at a table. The bathroom is equipped with toilet, shower and sink. You can rent SUPsthere and enjoy a coffee in the morning, have breakfast or the SunDowner. Not far from the swimming area is the parents' house of Sissi, whose castle garden invites you to further activities. You can also take a wonderful trip to the Rose Island and immerse yourself in the past in King Ludwig's.
Andechs Monastery can be reached in 15 minutes by car... our neighboring lake Ammersee can be reached in 25 minutes and worth a trip.
By train, you can take a special table directly to Garmisch Partenkirchen from Tutzing. This ticket includes the ski pass.
( In Tutzing you are in about 15 minutes by car)
I would be happy to recommend good restaurants or other excursion destinations-
such as hiking on the duke's estate and enjoying the wonderful view of the Kawendel mountains.

This apartment consists of two, about the same size, living spaces. One room is the big bedroom with queen size bed, as well as an antique oak desk and armchair. There you could certainly discover the writer or painter, because a panoramic window is framed with wild wine and looks into the crown of an old chestnut tree.

The other room is the cozy living room with the small bedroom attached for a child. In the parlor there is the open kitchen on a traditional farm corner, as well as a small couch with TV for leafing in travel brochures and also a desk where you can work under the skylight in peace.
A pretty hallway separates these two rooms and also leads to a small blue bath.
How important is impeccable cleanliness to you? We clean every corner of the apartment conscientiously. Nevertheless, for people who have not yet had any experience with the roof truss of an old house in a relatively wild garden ( many plants and animals), it cannot seem completely flawless. There is a lot of wood, beams and niches here. We therefore ask that allergy sufferers and people with phobias before spiders consider this before booking.

By public transport, you can reach the trade fair in about 1 hour by taking the S-Bahn to the main train station and there change to the U2 subway line in the direction of Messestadt Ost.

• Neuschwanstein Castle: The famous Neuschwanstein Castle is located in Schwangau, about 82 km from Starnberg. By car, you can reach the castle in about 1.5 hours. Please note that parking is limited on site and the castle is only accessible on foot or by shuttle buses from the parking lot.

- The house consists of two floors, each housing two apartments: the guest's garden apartment and the owner's private apartment, each with its own entrance and garden. The entrance to the garden apartment is accessible via an external staircase (see photo gallery)and is not wheelchair accessible.

- Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate dogs, as the owner has a poodle. Although this poodle is very sweet and well-behaved (and hypoallergenic = does not shed), however in a bid to maintain a peaceful environment, we believe it would be inappropriate to host other furry friends here.

- Parking is available on the property.

- High speed WiFi is available throughout the apartment.

- The electrical outlets do not have child safety locks.

- In the reading corner, there is a monitor, but it does not have TV functionality.

The space
Most people say Wow! when they walk upstairs into this light filled apartment.
The livingroom, with its massive windows overlooking the garden and river, is a place to relax, eat with friends or even do a bit of work. The high celings and wooden beams give it character. The living area is open to the kitchen, which has direct access to an 8m long balcony.
The kitchen is fully equipped, also with a microwave, a coffee machine and a dishwasher.
There are 2 separate bedrooms.
Bedroom 1: a double bed (160 × 200).
Bedroom 2: a trundle bed (90/180 × 200) and small double sofa bed (140 × 200).
Both have plenty of storage and are peaceful, looking onto greenary.
Although the apartment is recently renovated the bathroom is older. However it is large, has a big window and a bathtub with shower.
There are 2 separate toilets.
There are high-quality wooden floors throughout the living areas.

You live in Starnberg, in the district of Percha on the edge of the nature reserve, surrounded by meadows, forest and the nearby Lake Starnberg. The 90qm duplex apartment is newly renovated, high quality and lovingly furnished. Shops for daily needs are in the immediate vicinity. You can walk to the lake in 10 minutes. It´s about 20 minutes to Munich by car or 40 minutes to Garmisch. Hiking, swimming, skiing, cycling or city tours - there are numerous excursion destinations in the Fünfseenland.

The space
The 3-room duplex apartment consists of a spacious hallway, kitchen, bathroom, guest toilet, an integrated living and dining room, bedroom, attic studio and balcony.

Attic studio, bathroom and bedroom are on the top floor, which can be reached via a wide staircase inside the apartment. Hallway, guest toilet, kitchen and balcony, dining and living room are on the 1st floor.

The kitchen has been newly installed and is fully equipped. Hallway, kitchen, guest toilet, bathroom and stairs have tiled floors, living and dining room as well as attic studio have carpeted floors. The bedroom is laid out with wood laminate.

The apartment is bright and friendly in Scandinavian design, equipped with many floor-to-ceiling windows. The windows on the 1st floor have - except for the hallway - a shutter and pleated blinds.

Guest access
The Moosanger is a duplex apartment. You can reach them via the stairwell. The apartment is on the 1st floor and the attic. All rooms in this apartment are available for you to use.

In the basement there is a washing and drying room, which can be used for a small fee. The garden is at your disposal for reading, sunbathing or playing badminton. The ground floor apartment is private and currently unoccupied.

During your stay you have a parking space under the carport. You will find 2 sun loungers or shovels and brooms for outdoor use in the closed part of the carport. We will provide you with the key.

Other things to note
You live in a traffic-calmed area and you can reach the lake or the nature reserve in just a few minutes. The Moosanger is a developed residential area, with both traditional and modern houses. Parking is only possible on the property or in the parallel street. Street parking is not permitted in the Moosanger.

Bakery, butcher, pharmacy, restaurants, cafes and a fruit and vegetable shop are in the immediate vicinity.

We want to make your stay at Moosanger as comfortable as possible, which is why we have provided a high chair and a travel cot, including bed linen, for small guests.

A mat and a rubber band are available for yoga, Pilates & Co.

For longer stays, an intermediate cleaning of the apartment is possible on request. As a tenant, you have to pay yourself.

We are happy to provide you with cleaning supplies and a vacuum cleaner for daily use in the apartment.

Bed linen and towels can be changed by yourself if necessary.

Our modern loft is located near the charming town of Starnberg. Popular bathing spots, as well as numerous shops, cafés, restaurants, and bars, are within walking distance. Our loft offers a spacious living experience on a total of 60 square meters. Proximity to the A95 highway, train connections to Munich and Garmisch-Partenkirchen, and the easy accessibility to Munich Airport make Percha an ideal starting point for exploration.

The space
Our loft is located in the attic and is easily accessible via stairs. It consists of a spacious living area with an open kitchen and a bathroom. All areas and rooms are modernly and elegantly furnished.

The living area features a comfortable (sleeping) couch (dimensions: 140cm x 200cm), a coffee table, and a smart TV. Video streaming or game streaming services (such as Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Disney+, Xbox Cloud Gaming, and NVIDIA GeForce NOW) can be used via Bring Your Own Account (BYOA). Additionally, an Xbox Wireless Controller is available.

Furthermore, there is a dining table with 4 seats.

The open kitchen stands out due to its size. It is equipped with a Nespresso Inissia coffee machine, a Nespresso Aeroccino 4 milk frother, a kettle, a dishwasher, a stove, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, as well as high-quality dishes and numerous utensils, leaving nothing to be desired.

Additionally, there is a king-size box spring bed (dimensions: 180cm x 200cm), two nightstands, and a partially open wardrobe with ample storage space.

In the bathroom, you’ll find a shower, a washbasin, a toilet, and a shelf. A hairdryer is also provided. IMPORTANT: Due to sloping ceilings, the ceiling height is partially reduced.
