- "I had a wonderful time in the apartment in Schliersee (22-27 February 2019). It's located on a quiet road with a beautiful view at the lake. I stayed in the apartment on the first floor with my husband and two sons (9 & 13 years old). It has two bedrooms, a living room with a hearth, a bathroom, a separate toilet (with a nice view on a snowy hill :-), a kitchen and a private garage to park your car. The kitchen is well equipped and the owner (Agnes) even took care of tea, coffee, salt/peper, aluminium foil, paper towels, detergent etc. There is no dishwasher, but this wasn't a problem for us. There is a supermarket (Edeka) at approx. 7 minute drive and a bakery at 5 minutes. At the beginning of the road you will find a nice Italian restaurant. We went skiing for 4 days. 2 days in the ski area Südelfeld (32 km piste) and 2 days in Spitzingsee (20 km piste). Both ski areas are very nice. Spitzingsee is quite small, but very cosy and suitable for families with children. Südelfeld is a bigger area with more challenging slopes. So we definitely want to go back next year!"

Our apartment was completed in 2011 and completely redesigned and equipped by the carpenter in August 2018. It has 1 bedroom with a double bed, a modern bathroom with underfloor heating, a spacious and cozy living-dining area and a beautiful south-facing balcony with a view of the mountains.
A small garden is also available.
The decor is new and modern. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils. There is also a Nespresso coffee machine. Capsules can be brought along or bought on site.

The location is perfect and the view stunning. The apartment has everything you need. Two bedrooms with comfortable beds, a living room with big flatscreen TV, DVD player and audio system. The kitchen is very well equipped with a big refrigerator, freezer, dish washer (with tablets), oven, water kettle and coffee maker. The garden is beautiful and our 2 sons enjoyed the snow and the sledges very much. They made a snow sledding track which gave them lots of fun. We have been skiing in the area 'Skiparadies Sudelfeld' which is absolutely great. It's only a 20 minute drive from the apartment. There is enough parking space at the ski area, but in the weekend you have to be there before 9 am. We can recommend the 'Skischule Sudelfeld' in Bayerischzell. The owner is very friendly and offers a good service. There are no Dutch ski teachers in the area, but this wasn't really a problem for our 2 sons. On the way back to the apartment you can do your grocery shopping at the supermarket (Edeka). And close to the apartment there are 2 bakery's with delicious bread (they open at 6am!). So we are very enthousiastic about this apartment and hope to come back another time. "

The fully equipped non-smoking apartment is on the ground floor and has a large terrace. The new facility is designed with lots of natural wood in a Bavarian style. The large bathroom is equipped with a shower and bathtub (including hair dryer and guest towels). The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed (2 x 2 m), the other with two separate beds (each 2 x 09, m). In the living room there is a fireplace and a large flat screen TV. The modern kitchen with island is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine and dishwasher. The parquet floor conveys comfort and warmth. The former forest house was completely renovated in 2019. There are three apartments of different sizes. The first floor apartment (80 m²) has a fireplace and a spacious terrace. Another 2 apartments (67 m² and 47 m²) are on the top floor. The larger of the two apartments is equipped with a fireplace and a large balcony. The second apartment is designed in studio style, with a separate kitchen and French balcony. Both top floor apartments are bright and have mountain and forest views. - "Pros: Die Lage des Hauses ist unbeschreiblich schön, genau wie auf den Bildern. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und super lieb zu unserem Kind! Unsere Tochter durfte die Kühe streicheln, auf dem Ponny sitzen, das Futter für die Kühe mit umrühren. (Wir waren fasziniert wie zutraulich die Kühe sind, allein daran sieht man was für Tolle Menschen die Gastgeber sind!) Sie wurde direkt mit einbezogen und ihre Augen waren am strahlen! Bei Fragen wurde uns direkt weitergeholfen! Es gab sogar ein Geburtstagsgeschenk für meinen Mann! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, alles war vorhanden. Handtücher, Küchenrollen, Toilettenpapier, Bettwäsche, Geschirrtücher, Gewürze, wirklich alles was man braucht war dort. Noch nie haben wir uns so wohl gefühlt wie in dieser Unterkunft! Es war einfach nur wunderschön und wirklich so unfassbar Familienfreundlich! Danke für die schöne Zeit! Wir können es wirklich nur jedem empfehlen!"

The bright, modern attic apartment is located in Neuhaus am Schliersee with views of the surrounding mountains. From here you can start hiking with your backpack right away - the Josefstal waterfalls are just a 10-minute walk away. In winter, you can reach the Spitzingsee ski resort in 10-15 minutes by bus (stop 100 m) - or by your own car. (For electric cars: charging station available). We would like to rent the apartment only to families with max. 2 children or 2 adults.

In our 'Britschl-Stub ' n' (a separate solid wood log cabin), you will find almost all modern and classic forms of recreation. From the lap pool with ozone and light therapy, a normal, or steam sauna, massage or summer rain shower, connected with quiet, atmospheric music in a pleasant atmosphere. Slide into another sphere for three to four hours.

The wellness area is heated separately for your exclusive use. Enjoy the unique atmosphere when it storms and snows outside.

For pouring rain or intense snowfall after a strenuous mountain tour or a beautiful day of skiing, end the evening in the lap pool with a glass of sparkling wine for two.....

That's vacation from everyday life

Location: Whether to Brecherspitze, Ankelalm, Bodenschneid, Spitzingsee or Stockeralm, from our house you can walk to everything. By bike to the lake, it is only 5 minutes.

Ideally located, our house is also for skiers. In just 10 minutes by car, you will reach all the surrounding ski areas (with approx. 35 cable cars and lifts, approx. 60 descents of all levels of difficulty). In the immediate vicinity (about 5 minutes walk) there is also a practice slope for children and beginners.
Directly at the edge of the forest, at the entrance to the Brecherspitze and Bodenschneid, in the quiet district of Neuhaus, little touched by tourism, you actually only need the car to get there. Not even that, from the station Fischhausen-Neuhaus (about 15 min walk) you can reach the Munich main station in less than an hour. If you would like to arrive by train, we would of course also be happy to pick you up from the train station.

Ski: The Schliersee/Spitzingsee area belongs to the largest contiguous ski pass network in Germany. The Alpine Plus Partner Ski Pass Association offers not only a significantly improved supply of quality by installing uniform cash register systems with contact-free chip access, but also in terms of quantity. In the ski resorts, guests now have 160 km of ski runs at their disposal, which roughly corresponds to the route between Munich and Nuremberg.
