The apartment is centrally located. A jump over the Inn and you are in the Passauer City. Klinikum, university, shopping centers with Edeka, Rewe, Media Markt, cinema, bus station, train station, old town: everything is less than 10 minutes away on foot.
The guest has their own room. The bathroom and kitchen are shared in a shared apartment with an 18-year-old nice trainee.
There is kitchen with stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, bath with shower, toilet and washing machine available.

There are two rooms in the apartment. Room 1 - Kastell Boiotro, approx. 22 sqm is permanently rented and room 2 - Innstadt, about 18 sqm is available to the Airbnb guests.
When booking, please note that this is a shared apartment with a young man and please ask yourself whether the shared apartment form fits for you as an accommodation.
Internet is available.
At the moment, I use the room myself from time to time, so it's not always available on Airbnb.

The space
The location is special, on the river and the city is within walking distance (15 minutes). It is a very quiet neighborhood.

Guest access
Guests can rent rooms and bathroom. But the shower is upstairs and can only be used until 10 pm. (House owners have their own bathroom).

During your stay
The hygiene requirements of the Bavarian State Ministry apply.
When guests are there, I'm usually at home. I am happy to help with any tourist questions you may have.
If necessary, breakfast can be offered for €7.00 pp.

Other things to note
In nice weather, you can sit outside for the room or upstairs on the terrace or garden in the shade or sun and have a wonderful time and enjoy the view over forest and rivers.

This beautiful listed old building apartment is located in the heart of Passau, right on Rathausplatz. All tourist attractions such as the village peak, the cathedral, the Veste Oberhaus and others are within walking distance. The location is perfect to explore the city and its surroundings in peace.

Nearby there are several very good restaurants, bakeries and supermarkets. The nearest bus stop is 50 m away.
