Das Haus Thanner ist noch ein relativ "junges" Haus. Gebaut wurde es im Jahre 1983. Nach vielen Jahren Wanderkino entschloß sich die Familie Thanner, auch aufgrund der Bemühungen des damaligen Kurdirektors, Herrn Preinfalk, sich im "Inzeller Außerfeld" niederzulassen und ein Kino zu eröffnen. Inzeller Stammgäste kennen meist noch das kleine gemütliche Kino in den Kellerräumen. Hier wurde jeder noch persönlich begrüßt, denn Frau Thanner kannte die meisten Kinobesucher mit Namen und Hausgäste hatten oft freien Kinoeintritt. An die "Alpenlichtspiele" erinnert heutzutage nichts mehr im und am Haus. Die persönliche Betreuung unserer Feriengäste liegt uns jedoch auch heute noch sehr am Herzen. The balconies.
You can spend your time outside in one of the balconies located by the bedroom, the living room and on the other side of the apartment, by the kitchen.
You can admire the mountains and the beautiful landscape while you are enjoying your breakfast, working towards your project, or reading a book.

Sorry but no towels included, but can be provided if requested.

You also have access to our very spacious and beautiful kitchen, which is fully equipped with everything that you need for cooking.

You have an electric oven, expresso machine and everything that you need is in there, just enjoy. No food included. You must leave the kitchen clean after using it.

And of course you will have access to bathroom with a standing shower.
Towels will only be provided on request.

The living room.
You can spend your time in the living while we are not home.

Bicycles.
You are more than welcome to use the bicycles from the garage located at back of the house. Details will be provided if required.

You will have your keys left in a safe place or someone will give it to you at your arrival.

Tourist tax.
The municipality of Inzell charges a
tourist tax for persons staying in the
area for recreational and purposes.
The tax is € 2,10 per day of stay for
persons from 16 years and € 1,00 for
children between 6 and 15 years.
Children under 6 years of age do not
pay the tax.
The tax is not included in the price of

During your stay
We will interact together when we will be at home. We will probably use the kitchen together, but that's fine as we are very sociable. I have a very busy schedule with my daily training sessions whre my wife helps me.

Other things to note
No late check-in and quite hours.

This area is very quiet and people here love to hear the birds singing more than anything.
Here you will be able to hear your thoughts and feel peacefully connected with nature. Therefore, we are very strict with the quiet night hours.

Please read carefully the house rules information.

The latest check-in time is 20.00. Please note there is no possibility for late check-in unless you have a clear communication with us and you get our approval. Just ask if you think that you will be late.

The quiet hours are between 22.30 to 7.30. This means you must finish with using the bathroom, or any other activities which may be heard by the others house occupiers.

There is absolutely no entry in the house after 22.00. This includes check in or late arrival from you promenade. We are sorry if this is an inconvenience for you.

The kitchen can be used after 7.30 until 22.00. No exceptions.

Please wash all dishes and cooking pots after use and put them in same place where they initially have been. You must keep the place clean and if you make any mess you are responsible to clean it.

No shoes in the house!
You will have to leave your shoes outside by the entrance door.

No smoking!
No smoking in the house or outside on the balcony is allowed. You may smoke outside in the back of the house, by the garages.

If you're using the bathroom during the night, we kindly ask you to please be quiet and don't slam the doors.

Your responsibility is to keep the house clean and safe.

Upon a visit to Inzell, a personal registration at the town hall at Dorfplatz is required after your arrival. The payment of the tourist tax is of course included in the price 😊

Quiet atmosphere in the Alps. The rural rustic apartment for self-catering for a maximum of three people in the nearby area offers many opportunities for hiking, mountaining, cycling skiing and cross-country skiing or also to switch off. We are located about 2 kilometers outside the center. There is a bus stop 300 m from the house. The ice rink Max Aicher Arena is about 1.7 km away. A wooden mask carving is also located in the house.

Our apartment with a south-facing balcony is located close to the mountains and in winter close to the cross-country ski trail. The Lofer and Winklmoosalm/Steinplatte ski resorts are also only 20-30 minutes away by car.

The center of Inzell is a 15-minute walk. There are restaurants, butchers, bakers and other shopping facilities (Penny and Edeka are a 12-15 minute walk away).

We are happy to recommend a few cafes/restaurants in and around Inzell, if needed.

The space
The apartment has 2 rooms with kitchenettes and is suitable for a family with two children or max. 3 adults. The living room has a box spring bed, so you can relax well after hiking or skiing. There is also a dining area overlooking the mountains.
The bedroom has a single bed with bed frame and a second pull-out mattress included in it (e.g. for children) as well as a closet.
The kitchen has a gas stove with 3 burners and is equipped with everything you need. (Vinegar and oil, salt and pepper as well as rinsing utensils and kitchen towels)
