The holiday domicile is located on the second floor of the house. It consists of a small entrance area, a kitchen/living room, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.The recent renovation has provided the apartment with all of today’s comforts while still preserving its historic charm. (The villa is a registered historic building.) The result offers the romance of stepping back in time but still feeling right at home.
Some of the furnishings are the originals from the 19th century.
The balcony is at tree-top level with wonderful views of the mountains Jainzen and Zimnitz, the Villa Seilern (Wellness hotel) and the “Kurhaus” (Theatre and Congress Centre) in the “Kurpark”.

The apartment is an ideal base for congresses, culture weekends or health resort holidays, but also for longer holidays wher the whole family can enjoy swimming, mountaineering or skiing.

The Garden:
With Kurpark nearby and woods, mountains and lakes in immediate surrounding there was (and is) no need of an own park which would necessitate an own gardener. So a small rose garden had been planted with a fountain in midst and a pavilion which invites to spend balmy summer evenings.

Parking:
If the car is not to big it is possible to park it in the garden, otherwise there is a public parking place just near the house.

The balcony has to be covered with a tarpaulin in winter. Therefore its use is only possible to a limited extent from about mid of November to mid of March.

The location of the apartment is very central, short-term parking is usually possible right on the street in front of the building and overnight parking ( 12,00 per day) is available across the bridge, approx. 100m away. It is quite nice that the world-famous Zauner Café and Restaurant is only 100m away down the Esplanade. Due to the weather we weren't able to use the rooftop as much as we would have wanted to, but it is very private up there with a great view. If you're used to a late dinner - beware! The kitchen in practically all restaurants (except for one Pizzeria) close at 21:00!Many thanks to the host for being given the opportunity to temporarily live in such a nice location!"

You will definitely feel at home with us. Breakfast costs € 9 per person and is served on order. There is freshly baked bread daily, eggs, cornflakes, muesli, yogurt, homemade jam, fruit, tea, coffee, cheese, sausage and ham.

The house is a ten minute walk into the town centre. In a peaceful and pleasant area. We are pet friendly and can pet sit your dog upon request, while you enjoy the wonderful thermal bathing house in town.
The Villa has been in the well known Kinsky family for generations. The elegant lady of the house Fr. Kinsky has a fascinating life story ,she is part of the history of Bad Ischl.
The apartment is cosy but basic. A home from home.
As our property is located in the countryside, it is natural to occasionally encounter local harmless small insects and spiders. We take great care to maintain cleanliness and conduct thorough inspections before each guest’s arrival to ensure a comfortable stay. We kindly ask guests to understand that these natural occurrences are part of rural life.

Our apartment has about 60m2 with one bedroom, a living room incl. kitchen and dining area and one bathroom with a shower.

The space
Our apartment has one kingsize bed, one single bed which can be switched to a double and 2 couches in the living room which are able to fit 2 people on each.

The kitchen is full equipet with stove, oven, kettle, coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and all the stuff you need for cooking.

We have 2 TVs in the apartment and a lots of games to play.

Our barthroom has a shower, toilett and a washing machine.

Outside the apartment is a small sitting area in front of the entcance and a larger one in the small garden next to the parking lot.

One parking lot is directly in front of the entrance. If you need a second lot, pleasw let us know in advance.

Our apartment is located in the ground floor of our house and has a separate entrance which is only for your use.

The apartment is located in a very nice and central district of Bad Ischl. With private entrance and parking, the property offers a very peaceful and pleasant stay. You can walk to the train station in about 20 minutes. The nearest bus station (city of Salzburg) can be reached in about 10 minutes. The apartment is newly renovated and scores above all with the beautiful view.

There's no limit to what you can do. Hiking tours, cycling, running trails, via ferrata, cross-country skiing, ski tours, water sports in one of the countless lakes or a little more relaxed in the Kaisertherme and Wellnessalm.
Dachstein giant ice caves, salt mine, Hallstatt culture, Kaiservilla to name just a few more possibilities!

The space
This small separate apartment, with about 28 square meters, is located door to door to our own home and was renovated with a lot of love in 2022. In addition to a comfortable 160 cm wide bed, a fully equipped small kitchen awaits you, including a fridge, a cozy dining area, bathroom with shower and toilet, satellite TV, free Wi-Fi and a free parking space.
Our guests have the opportunity to use our grilling area on request.
Enjoy the tranquility in a rural environment with magnificent views of the mountains and the possibility of countless mountain tours.
Thanks to the excellent location, you are in a few minutes in the enchanting Bad Ischl (5 km) or at Lake Wolfgang (9 km). The golf course is also around the corner. A bus stop is in the immediate vicinity.
