We arrived around 1700 hours to the property after a long drive from Germany and they only had one employee doing check ins for the chalets. We waited with no issues and explained we were starving and exhausted and wanted to eat at the property restaurant but we were told the restaurant was full and couldn’t make any exceptions. The employee did not offer any help to look for you’re restaurants around whatsoever, we had to ask her and make the phone calls ourselves even though we didn’t speak German. Also, she never took the time to explain anything about the property, its ammenities and surrounding attractions. Very disappointing for such an expensive place."

The space
The ground floor apartment is 55 square meters and has direct access to the garden.

In addition to a double bedroom, there is another person in this lovely home on the sofa bed in the living room.

You have a shower in the bathroom, as well as the toilet and of course cozy towels are also provided for you.


The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired, you can taste yourself here to your heart's content, unless you want to make our restaurants unsafe.

The 2-room apartment at the beginning of Grundlsee offers not only lake views but also a lot of feel-good atmosphere.

The space
On the first floor you will find 50 square meters - your new home on the lake. The spacious kitchen-living room with living space offers direct views of the lake, the reading corner becomes a favorite place with a view by the window, and if there are four of you, so the sofa bed can wait for you comfortably as a double bed. The small bathroom offers a shower and the bedroom a double bed with open closet. Since the spring of 2022, the patio has been inviting to enjoy.

For the little ones we have a high chair and travel cot. A parking space is nearby, the small supermarket within walking distance.

The space

The apartment in Ötzergut belongs to the historic estate of the house Merano right next door.

They have a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains and can spread out on two floors.

For a total of 8 people, this apartment is ideal for families and friends who want to spend time together.

Of the total of 4 bedrooms, 3 have a cozy double bed and in one bedroom there are two single beds available.

In the bathroom, in addition to a bathtub, there is also a shower, the toilet is separate. Hair dryer, selected cosmetics from Be Soap My Friend and cozy towels are of course on site.

For longer stays you can use the in-house washing machine and have a feeling of home.

Also in the magnificent garden there is a dining area for breakfast or dinner outside.

For larger groups, it is possible that in addition to the apartment in Ötzergut, you also book the apartment Haus Merano - so up to 18 guests have space on the Styrian Sea.
