The garden loft is located in the center of Murau, directly on the Murpromenade. On 2 floors (approx. 80 qm) it offers a spacious living, dining and 2 sleeping areas. Highlights are the continuous glass front with a view of the Mur and the garden, as well as the covered terrace with lounge area and dining table.

On the 1st floor is the master bedroom (double bed, incl. door). On the 2nd floor are more sleeping possibilities: 1 double bed and 2 single beds (bunk bed) - both in the open space.

The space
All furniture and accessories have been carefully selected and coordinated.

The master bedroom on the lower floor has a door. All other sleeping options are on the upper floor. The upper floor is a large room with no doors.

The apartment is equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine, a filter coffee machine, a kettle, toaster, dishwasher, stove with oven, large fridge and small freezer. There should be enough cookware.

The bathroom has a bath, shower, sink and toilet.

Animals cannot be brought!

Access to the apartment can only be reached by foot (approx. 3 minutes) via the Murpromenade from the Tieranger car park. A private parking space with special sign is available for you there during your stay.

In addition to the beautiful terrace, you can use a small part of the garden. We live right next door, the rest of the garden belongs to our living and private area. Our cat Milos moves freely in the garden. He is very shy and unfortunately does not like strangers. Please take care of his mind and don't feed him ;-) !

Access to the apartment can only be reached by foot (approx. 3 minutes) via the Murpromenade from the Tieranger car park. (NOT via the Liechtensteinstraße!) At the Tieranger car park there is a private car park available for you for the duration of your stay. You will find this in the rear part of the parking lot, marked with a sign "Gartenloft".

Attention cat allergy sufferers: Our cat Milos hangs around on the terrace in the absence of guests and sometimes sleeps on the sofa there.

The equipment also includes a kettle, toaster and a Nespresso coffee machine. A small ALPS RESORTS starter set consisting of dishwashing tab, dishwashing detergent (sample), sponge, bin bag, cleaning cloth and tea towel is available for your arrival.

The guest apartment on the first floor of Chalet Elsa includes two master bedrooms featuring king size beds (the one with a sunny Eastward facing balcony with a stunning view and deckchairs doubles as dining room, the other has a South-facing balcony as well as a high-quality sleeper couch). The third - small - bedroom hosts a 1,40m wide double bed. The apartment is equipped with a bathroom featuring a shower and toilet as well as a double handwash basin. In addition, there is a separate toilet in the apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped.

Areas shared with the owners (alternating use) are the outdoor sauna with a panoramic view (access through the owner's apartment) with a terrace and 3 deck-chairs as well as cold water (plus rock shower in the summer season). A roofed patio with a large table comfortably seating 8 people invites you to spend your past-time in the warmer months. A gas-fired BBQ is situated next to it. The old apple tree is perfect for using the double hammock in summer. A large parking lot offers space for cars. In front of the house, the huge trampoline invites you to use it. There is also a basic swing under the apple tree. As the house enjoys a privileged location directly below the castle of Obermurau, it is only accessible by stairs from the parking lot. Therefore, it is not suitable for mobility-reduced people or toddlers (no stair fences available). Pets are welcome.
