The chalet has three floors and a basement. It has an open plan living room, dining room and kitchen on the ground floor, with access to a patio and garden. In addition there is a separate toilet and boot dryer in the hallway and a ski locker outside. The 1st floor has two bedrooms and a bathroom. The 2nd floor has an en-suite bedroom. There is a balcony on the 1st and 2nd floors. There is a sizeable garden and a basement with laundry facilities and ironing board. It was refurbished and redecorated in 2011, with a new en-suite bedroom built and roof added to the upper balcony. An additinal TV snug was been added to the basement in 2014. The house has underfloor heating and an air-filtration system for the summer. The house is in a quiet position on the famous Schmittenstrasse in Zell am See (perfectly located between the city Xpress lift and the trass Xpress, Schmittenhöhebahn and Sonnalmbahn lifts) within walking distance of the charming town centre, restaurants and bars and only 200 meters from bus stops.

- "I never write reviews but our experience at this chalet deserves one. Rod, Katie and Gareth were AMAZING! We had 5 children all under the age of 4 and 5 adults so quite a crying, toy filled, in and out bunch. They were always there for anything we needed and even a bit above and beyond. They were always there chatting with us yet never in our way. The food was perfect. The three course meals served every night were excellent and we even asked to make less food as it was abundant. Katie even got up at 5am on our leaving morning to make sure we had breakfast when she could have just left food out!!!!! The chalet was very clean, very comfortable and in a good location. You could walk to the lift but it would be a bit far so a car is a must though the chalet has a van which I am sure they would have driven us. Anyone who has not been to this area I would say that the facilities in Schuttdorf, where this chalet really is, is much better than in proper Zell Am See (5 min drive) because of the amount of services in this town like food and clothes shopping, restaurants, etc but mainly for food and clothes. In summary, I believe the chalet made the difference in this trip as we felt very much at home and when your kids dont want to leave...that is a good sign. We will definitely consider this chalet and Zell Am See next year."

- "We loved staying in the house, the view is of course spectacular, the house was squeaky clean, the bathroom extremely nice with both an excellent bathtub and a very nice shower. Toilets small but clean. We loved the churchyard beside the house, extremely well tended to and the flowers watered. The location is really nice too, it should be noted that Zell's best restaurant (Seewirt) is a 3 minute walk from the house! The outdoor table and benches would like to see a coat of paint (we even scrubbed the table quite a bit cleaner so it's ready for some paint now) and a few sun chairs and a parasol would have made the house just perfect!
