- "Geweldig vakantiehuis, prachtige ligging. Ligt wel wat bovenin de bergen. Maar heerlijk om 's morgens in alle vroegte koffie te drinken op het terras met uitzicht over het dal. Bedden waren al opgemaakt bij aankomst. De spa is heerlijk!" - "We hebben met 2 gezinnen een fijne week gehad in dit mooie huis. Ondanks dat er begin mei veel dicht is (restaurants, gondels, almhutten) hebben we ons goed vermaakt. - "This place was absolutely amassing. Right next to the bus stop which the free ski bus ran into town only about 10 minutes drive. A short walk up the hill to a very plush hotel which my Grandson played in the snow park free. If we had more time it might have been nice to eat there. We did eat in twice in our stay as we thought the place was so lovey we wanted to take full advantage of the fantastic facilities. If I had a criticism the house was a little to warm for my liking and we couldn't work out how to turn down the very efficient under floor heating down but just a minor thing. I would thoroughly recommend this place and the owner Anna was a star. If you are going Skiing like we did the resort is a very intermediate resort mostly red runs a couple of blues and 2 blacks. the nursery slopes are at the top of the bubble lift. Very good although a little limited. But our party of 1 novice 2 beginners and 4 intermediate all enjoyed the trip we even got the four and a half year old to ski from the top to the bottom of the mountain on the last day encompassing a couple of steep reds. this place is well worth the money. The space
Relax and just leave the car for a few days: The house is located just a few meters from the market square in the quiet Kirchgasse. Shopping and gastronomy are all within walking distance.
The free ski bus leaves directly from the market square, which takes you directly to the cable car station in just 3 minutes. In summer and autumn, you can set off directly from the front door for hikes to the many alpine pastures and peaks of the Grossarltal Valley.

Other things to note
In Grossarl, real customs are still lived. Due to the good location in Kirchgasse, you can watch the processions or, for example, the mounted Three Kings from the window of our house.

The space
Chalet Kreuzkogel is furnished in an alpine country house style. Lots of wood brings the romantic flair into the chalet. Especially the open-plan fireplace in the living room delights in love with couples.
