The Chalet is fully renovated, suitable for three families or larger groups, it has 200m2, adapts to 12 + 5 people, and offers luxurious comfort. If you enjoy cooking, you will be especially pampered by our modern kitchen with the latest equipment. For dishwashing, you will have the help of the Bosch super silent dishwasher. Since we offer three latest 4K LCD TVs, we made sure you would not miss your favorite TV programs and that you will have something to do while laying in the evening next to the wonderful firel+place. You can also enjoy the newly built IR Sauna, where you will be able to completely relax after various activities. Via Wi-Fi, you will be connected to the Internet anywhere, anytime. We also haven't forgotten about our book-loving guests - our collection will please even the most demanding readers! The Chalet is divided into 2 separate apartments, joined with the same entrance, common space, and sauna. Because we know that health is vital, our apartment is equipped with natural, healthy, and safe materials such as rich wood. The apartment is also intended for all generations who want that real holiday with a bunch of interesting adventures and unforgettable memories. As little or as much as you would like. Constructed from sustainably sourced timber and erected using local trades people, the building complements its setting within the Alpine Pearl Village of Mallnitz. The full height atrium window of the open plan living area immerses you in the Mountains and Valleys of the Hohe Tauern National Park all the time affording you the Alpine experience without leaving the door.The fully fitted kitchen gives views up towards the Ankogel mountain range ski arena and Taurantal valley.

All the bedrooms have the versatility to be set up as double or twin rooms. Two bedrooms are located downstairs and have been specifically designed to enable access for anyone. The larger of these two rooms has its own door opening up onto the front patio. With level entry throughout the ground floor, wide doors and modern ensuite wetrooms our ground floor offers ease of access for wheelchair users.

Upstairs sees a further two ensuite bedrooms situated either side of a large mezzanine lounge. This versatile space offers further seating as well as a collection of books and games. Tucked away at either end of the mezzanine level is a secluded snug area and workspace, if you need to check in with the real world whilst your away you can do so in relative peace.

Outside the chalet is a spacious 2 car covered car port with easy access to the front and rear of the building. Further uncovered parking is available to the rear of the chalet. The front patio extends onto a private enclosed garden with large grassed lawn and barbecue area.

This large detached chalet for a maximum of 10 people is located in Mallnitz in the Hohe Tauern National Park in Carinthia, right next to the Ankogel ski area.

The chalet has 4 bedrooms, 2 large living rooms, of which the one on the 1st floor can also be used as a lounge, 2 bathrooms, one of which has a hot tub, and a large, modern, fully equipped kitchen. There is also a ski storage room with ski boot warmer and a separate room with a washing machine and dryer in the basement. This chalet also has a large south-facing terrace. Free WiFi is also available and there are parking spaces right next to the chalet.

Families, recreational skiers and freeriders will find excellent conditions for a perfect winter holiday on the Ankogel in Mallnitz. The Ankogelbahn is located in the Hohe Tauern National Park, at the end of the municipality of Mallnitz and is about 25 km from the Mölltaler Glacier ski area with almost 18 km of slopes. There are a total of 18 km of slopes on the Ankogel for skiing and snowboarding. Another ski area, the Schneeerlebnisland Flattach, is located in Flattach, about 15 minutes away by car. In winter, the ski bus stops 500 m from the chalet.

Mallnitz also has a number of lakes, the Stappitzer See in the Seebachtal is well known, but there are also beautiful mountain lakes for cooling off after a hike, or public swimming pools in Mallnitz and the neighboring communities such as the Tauernbad Mallnitz with sauna area. There are many beautiful hiking trails and various sights in Mallnitz and the surrounding area.

Directly in Mallnitz there are enough shops for daily needs as well as a good selection of restaurants.

This authentic chalet is located in Mallnitz / Kärnten, close to Flattach, Bad Gastein and Obervellach. It is ideal for nature lovers who want to stay close to the lift.

You will find the chalet on a sunny plateau near Mallnitz station, on the edge of the forest. This allows you to go on wonderful walks and bike rides from the chalet. There are also plenty of opportunities to relax in the area. (rafting, horse riding, swimming etc).
Mallnitz is a cozy village with a wonderful ski area in winter. The well-groomed cross-country ski trails and snowshoe hikes also start from the village.
You can reach Mallnitz from the north by car train, which stops almost in front of the door. From the south via a good mountain road.
The interior is authentic / traditional Austrian, with a completely renovated kitchen and a new staircase to the first floor.

- "Huisje staat op een erg mooie locatie, lekker rustig en veel ruimte eromheen. Het huisje zelf is groot genoeg voor met zijn tweeën. Zelf koken gaat, maar het is behelpen. We misten een afzuigkap, zodat je niet de volgende dag weer in een vleeslucht wakker wordt. Het is er ook meer op ingericht om iedere dag uit te gaan eten. Verder goede bedden en de infrarood panelen zorgen voor een lekkere straalwarmte (zodra je ze naar wens hebt ingesteld, als je uit de instelsoftware komt). minpuntje was nog wel dat het niet goed schoongemaakt was en er ook veel (persoonlijke) spullen van de eigenaars in alle kasten lagen. Hierdoor zelf geen opbergruimte en het idee dat je echt in iemand anders huis bezet hebt."
