The apartment has a parking space in the underground garage which is free for our guests. An elevator takes you comfortably from the underground car park to the third level of the house. There are further parking spaces in front of the house.

Inside a Austria wooden interior awaits you. We put a lot of attention to lights as the house was built in the 1960s and the floor plan represents a different time. The apartment faces south to Italy (300m walking distance) and is located directly at the slopes

In the same building, you will find a sci school, ski rental, sport store, bike rental and a small convenience store that offers some delicious dishes e.g. toast, sauce Bolognese, Kaspressknödel (Austrian cheese dumplings)
