Aside from the highest mountain pass in Slovenia, Vršič, which will surely not escape serious bike lovers, there is a wonderful well-kept cycle path from Zgornja Radovna (where the Pocar homestead lies) to Gorje, via which you can visit Bled lake. One of Slovenia's few fully paved cycling paths runs the length of the valley from Jesenice to Rateče, passing Kranjska gora. There is an aura of tranquility that will make your stay in Kranjska gora a special one. The centre of Kranjska Gora with its old town and the ski areas is less than a kilometre away. It is just a 15 minute walking distance from town's center, but a car will get you there in 3 minutes. It is literally steps away from the bike trail, that connects Kranjska Gora and Gozd Martuljek. It offers a lot of peacefulness and privacy for a perfect relaxation. Kranjska Gora and the surrounding tourist villages offer a rich array of tourist, sporting and cultural attractions. The nearest grocery store, a pizzeria and a restaurant serving local cuisine are 250 metres away. Hotel Spik with indoor swimming pool, spa and wellness centre is only 500 metres away. The property

The house was built in 2010 with quality and design as paramount considerations. The architectural design of the apartment building reflects the traditional designs of Alpine architecture. Much of the facade is wood, and wood elements with modern designs also enhance the buildings interiors. The builders selected high quality materials, sought out modern design solutions, and integrated them into a whole that will please the most demanding leisure-seekers. The areas for socializing, relaxing, and recreation, including the sauna in the basement are particularly attractive features.

The building has four floors: basement, ground floor, first floor and attic. My apartment is on the 1st floor with two balconies measuring 16 m2 in total. The apartment has an external parking space and a private storage area in the basement measuring 14 m2. In the basement there are also 32 m2 of shared storage room, which you can use for storing your bikes or other sports equipment, like skis, ski boots, trolleys, etc.

The interior space of the apartment measures 69 m2 and is comprised of two comfortable bedrooms, a modern bathroom with tub, an impressively chic living room, and a well-equipped open plan kitchen that is perfect for any amateur chef looking to prepare a delicious meal! The place is very bright with lots of windows opening to the valley and mountains. After a great day of sightseeing, the balcony is a perfect and lush spot to reflect on the day while enjoying a cool drink in the afternoon sun.

The apt has been newly furnished with all brand new furniture and appliances in January 2018. The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic cooktop, electric oven, refrigerator and freezer. There is a breakfast bar with two stools and a big dining table with 6 chairs to seat the whole family. The living room features stone lining on the walls and elegant curtains on the windows for additional atmosphere. Two comfortable couches and two armchairs provide plenty of seating and lounging space for family and friends to relax watching TV, surfing the internet or reading books. In the evening, the sofas turn into additional beds for extra sleeping capacity. The two bedrooms each have a double bed and one bedroom has a tall wardrobe to hang and store your clothes. The apartment has independent heating, which can be remote controlled and programmed through a cell phone so that the place is warm before your arrival. Upon each guest changeover, the apartment is professionally cleaned, the beds are made with new sheets and fresh towels await you. Towels and linen can additionally be changed at guests' request.

Wellness and Sauna

The rental price also includes access to a 60 m2 fully furnished wellness centre on the ground floor of the building with sauna, dressing room, a separate bathroom and a resting space. We are the only provider on the market offering such luxury amenities!

The wellness area for relaxation or socializing has a furnished dressing room and a furnished bathroom. There is also a big relaxation space. No curvy or steep roads on the way there. Easy parking. Note: in Europe the first floor is referred to as the second floor in the US. There is a great paved bike path within 200 yards of the place. We used it for a walk into Krajska Gora. In Krajska Gora we rented ebikes from Bike Kekec and biked through Mojstrana and beyond by using the paved bike path. It was easy to get to the castle in Bled and other activities in Bled. We also found it to be a good location for hiking the Pokljuška Soteska Gorge and Pericnik Waterfall. We enjoyed our hike starting from Aljažev dom v Vratih. The views of Mount Triglav were great. We liked the hike in Soca along the Soca Pot trail, but the drive there takes a while. 50 hair pin turns built over 100 years ago make the drive interesting. We really like Slovenia and would recommend this rental and location for outdoor activities and small cities."

Welcome to our bright and cozy apartment in Kranjska Gora – the perfect spot for your mountain getaway!
Located in the semi-basement of our family house in a quiet, easily accessible part of the village, the apartment feels warm and spacious. All rooms have windows, so even though it’s a semi-basement, it’s anything but dark or dull.

The heart of the apartment is a roomy, well-equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook a tasty meal – from fridge and oven to all the little essentials. Next to it is a dining area and a comfy living space with a pull-out sofa and LCD TV – ideal for relaxing after a day outdoors.

The bedroom features a fun and roomy double bunk bed (160x200 cm), big enough to sleep up to 4 people. It’s a favorite with kids, but grown-ups love it too! There’s also a wardrobe for all your holiday gear.

The bathroom includes a large shower, toilet, and sink – clean, practical, and ready for you.

Of course, we provide free Wi-Fi, bedding, and towels. You can safely store your ski gear or bikes in our dedicated storage room.

Traveling with little ones? We`re happy to provide a baby cot and high chair on request – just let us know in advance. There's a fun sledding hill just a 5-minute walk away, and in summer, kids love the nearby nature trails and streams.

In the summer: Explore scenic hiking trails, bike through lush alpine meadows, or take a refreshing dip in nearby lake.

In the winter: The ski slopes are just around the corner – no need to drive! There are also sledding areas and cross-country ski routes for all levels.

You're welcome to spend a few days in my cosy studio apparemment. You will have a large living area and a private bathroom at your disposal. The apartment is in the basement of a private house. Nevertheless the space is bright and airy. One big window looks out at the garden and another smaller one looks out at the private parking area.
The house is in Kranjska Gora village. Everything is walking distance: shops, town center and even forest and mountain trails.

The space
The studio has one large room where there is a fully equiped kitchen, a dining area and a living space with a comforable bed.
The bathroom has a standard shower and toilet.

Guest access
You will access the studio through a common staircase. If you wish you can leave heavy coats and shoes outside the entrance to the studio. Please be aware that the studio is below grade from the paking area.

Our place is located in the heart of the ski center beneath the Julian Alps in Kranjska gora. The 48m2 modern apartment is brihgt and comfortable. It is a perfect stay for couples or families.

Your place in on the second floor. You can park your vehicle on the right side of the building on a parking place. You also have an access to the basement where you can store up to 4 bike an skis. In the back yard there is a resting area where you can spend some quality time outside of the apartment. Down the street there is a cyclist resting area where you can find children playground.

You must provide ID details because we must check you in a police station (Slovenian law - that is mostly for your security).

ADDITIONAL payment: Tourist tax is not included in the price and it has to be paid 2,50€/adult/night and 1,25€/children/night (from 7-18 years old) at the property (Slovenian law).

Welcome to our bright and spacious apartment in the heart of Kranjska Gora! Located on the first floor of our family house, the apartment is set in a quiet and easily accessible area – perfect for a relaxing mountain getaway.

Inside, you’ll find a roomy and well-equipped kitchen with everything you need to whip up a tasty meal – including a dishwasher(so you can let it do the work while you relax!), oven, fridge, sink, and all the essentials. There’s also a dining table and a cozy living area with a pull-out sofa (140×200 cm) and LCD TV, great for lounging after a day outdoors.

The large bedroom is perfect for families or small groups. It features a comfortable double bed (160×200 cm), two single beds (90×200 cm), and a wardrobe for all your belongings.

There are two bathrooms for your convenience: one with a shower and washing machine, and a separate one with a toilet and washbasin.

One of the highlights is the breathtaking terrace where you can sip your morning coffee or evening glass of wine while soaking in the mountain views and fresh air.

Of course, Wi-Fi, fresh bedding, and towels are all included. You’re also welcome to store your skis, bikes, or other gear in our dedicated storage room.

The apartment is semi-basement( 40m2 ) and is part of an apartment building,however it has its own entrance.It lies 100 m from the ski slopes and about 300 m away from the town centre.It consists of a fully equipped kitchen,bedroom,living room and bathroom.There is a small terrace outside the apartment.Amenities include free wifi,cable tv,bed linen and towels.We use underfloor and central heating during the cold months.Free parking is available.

My place is close to Triglav national park, ski resort Kranjska Gora, hiking trails, river Sava, Lake Jasna and many more... You’ll love my place because of the coziness, the views, the location, peace and serenity, relaxation.. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers. Apartment has one queen bed, private bathroom, kitchen and a large balcony.

Apartment consists of a bedroom with a queen size bed with an excellent matress and large wardrobe, fully equipped kitchen with toaster, fridge, coffee machine and a microwave.
All furniture is custom made oak wood with charming details. Next to the front door is the bathroom with wall to wall shower and toilet. Linen, towells, kitchen towells, soap, free wifi and parking is provided. Studio boasts with lovely views to the Julian Alps and nearby Vitranc. The apartment accommodates 2 people. We also offer our guests free bike and ski storage in the basement of the house. Laundry service is available at one time fee.

You are welcomed to relax in this charming sunlight, one-bedroom apartment with stunning mountain views, free parking and great ambiance all within walking distance to bars, restaurants and ski resort, situated right in the centre of Kranjska Gora. I designed it myself and it is in my best interest to offer you the best experience of Kranjska Gora and Slovenia.

The space
It is a one bedroom apartment, cozy, light and non-smoking. It features a king-sized bed and couch which easily converts into a bed enough for two with bed size 160 x 200 cm as well as a complete bathroom with shower and toilet. It also includes an LCD TV, towels and bed sheets, an oven, washing machine, additional heater and a private parking space in front of the property. There is also basement storage - for any ski or bicycle equipment you might have.

Appointed in stylish wood and white tones, the apartment has a private entrance, a well-equipped kitchen (induction cooker, freezer,dishwasher) with a dining area, a stove, and a lovely seating area with plenty of natural light. The apartment is located on the ground floor, very kind also to disabled persons, also children and measures 42 m2.

SURROUNDINGS & ACTIVITIES
Besides the light and easy design of the apartment, the location of it is really one of the main strong points. The apartment is situated 2 minutes walk from Village Square and the center of Kranjska Gora. Here you can find lots of cute shops, several cafes and restaurants, a supermarket, pharmacy and Tourist information centre. To make your stay more enjoyable I have put all the guides and maps in different languages in the apartment which are also available in Tourist office Kranjska Gora. You will easily get all the info about different activities such as hiking, cycling, summer toboggan run, alpine climbing, golf, water sports, fishing, adventures with children, wellness etc.


IMPORTANT
You’re welcome to enjoy a cigarette outside. However, I don’t allow any smoking in the house.

My check-in times are after 14.00 and check out is at 10.00, but I am always very flexible if I do not have other guests leaving or arriving on the same day. If you are arriving in the middle of the night, I arrange the key waiting for you so you don't have to worry about anything.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES
Tourist tax - 2 EUR per person per day of your stay, 1 EUR for children 7-17 years old. It must be paid in cash at arrival. I will also need a copy of your ID (It can be a photo) for the tourist tax.

There are two parking spaces in front of the apartment building. There is also free public parking available about 50 meters from the apartment building.

It is available in the whole apartment and it's fast.

Other things to note
I make sure that the apartment you are staying in is clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. I love doing this, love to meet new people and show them the good things about our little country Slovenia and Kranjska Gora.

For the above reasons also I provide all the guests of the house with the basic necessities for the first day, including toilet paper, hand soap, dish detergent, waste disposal bags, dishwasher tablets and all the cleaning equipment. Complimentary towels, bedding and linens, shower essentials such as shampoos and showers gels are all provided and the basic additional things you need for cooking: salt, pepper, oil...as well as tea, sugar and coffee which are all free, so please, DO indulge and enjoy your stay ! :)

If during your stay would like to have an extra cleaning of the apartment, it can also be arranged.
