- "We drove down to Ljubljana from the UK in August 2024 while enroute to Croatia and opted to stay here for 2 days as it had free parking, wasn't far from the city centre and other attractions. Parking onsite can get competitive at times, but we would eventually find a space. There is an onsite bar and restaurant managed by a lovely gentleman who goes by the name of 'Jigga'.... yeah, like Jay-Z. He also manages the apartments so when we arrived at the property quite late on Day 1 he was kind enough to keep the restaurant open till later than usual and served us some amazing own-recipe burgers. I’d highly recommend staying here if you don’t mind not being in the city centre… we thought it was a bonus to not be in the centre of town, where parking can be an issue. - "Very much disappointed., I was shocked when I found that our room was alloted in the basement of the hotel. The room was dark as the amount of daylight enters through two small windows at ceiling height is very less. It is worth mentioning here that we had to cancel earlier accommodation and book this particular hotel hurriedly because to meet the requirements of Slovenian Consular for submission of non refundable hotel booking document for Visa approval. But, no where at the booking site , the room located at basement is mentioned.Our holidaying in Slovenia thus got a big jolt at the very beginning. Had it been located in the ground or first floor, this budget room could meet our expectations. There're also some issues regarding maintenance. One thing I must highlight here that's the behaviour and helpful attitude of the male receptionist who helped to carry our luggges downstairs from reception to our room. While checking out, another lady who was serving breakfast, helped to carry our luggges to ground floor level.I must convey our thanks to both of them."

My flat is fully furnished, it is bright, white and brand new. Situated in the capital city Ljubljana, it is surrounded by a protected nature park, offering plenty opportunities for a quality recreation and re-charging your batteries. Neighbourghood is built by the lake Koseski Bajer only 10 minutes away from the city centre. You can find a bicycle station and a bus station for an easy exploration of Ljubljana in the immidiate vicinity.

Flat is open and only contains the essential walls : one bedroom with fitted white kitchen (microwave, induction cooker, oven, water heater, baking cups, toaster, blender, dish washer), very cute bathroom with relaxing bathtub. It is framed with huge french windows.

It has internet connection and a huge flat screen LCD TV.

Each guest gets two towels and slipers. Fresh bed sheets are also provided and can be changed as often as you request. There is always a good choice of coffee, teas and cookies in the kitchen.If you let me know in advance, I can stock up your fridge with your favourite food (there is a grocery and a market with fresh fruits, meat and organic vegetables only five minutes away). Best restaurants are in the city centre, but if you prefer staying in (or having a picnic by the lake) and don't feel like cooking, I prepared a full list of local restaurants that do delivery. Since I really love food, you can also find a good selection of cookery books on my shelves and try out new recipes.

If you fancy reading a good book, I have a great and diverse collection of excellent books in English, Serbocroatian, Italian, German, French and Slovenian (of course, this is the biggest section:) !). TV has cable channels in English, Russian, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Croatian and Serbian.

You can use my bicycle and parking space. Flat is situated in a newly built peacefull neighbourhood.

As it's our family home, there's a lot of children's art all around the house. Smokers have a nice place in the garden. Our super cute dog, Mila, greets everybody with a wagging tail.
