There are public bus stops for buses 2, 7 ,12, 7L, 12D, 27, 27K near by which bring you to the city center in 15 minutes.

A bathroom in half basement is shared among max, 5 guests if all three guest rooms in half basement are occupied.

The guest house is on Tovarniška 35a in Ljubljana.

If you arrive between 4p.m. and 8 p.m., one of our team members can wait for you if you do not want to do a self check in. If you arrive after 8 p.m. the key of the main entrance and of your room will be left in the key box next to the entrance of the house. Rooms are numbered, so our guests can find them easily. You will be able to use the kitchen and the bathroom on the ground floor as well as drying and washing machine in the basement.

During your stay
One of my team members can wait for our guests from 4 - 8 p.m. if they do not prefer a self check in. In case of a late arrival our guests will do a self check in..

We are located in Tuhinjska dolina, peaceful, green and wood suburb of Kamnik. It takes 20 min to Ljubljana by car and 15 minutes to Kamnik. Our blue room is based to explore Slovenia all round, i.e.: Ljubljana Airport (30km-25min), Bled (60km-45min), Postojna Cave (80km-50min), Velika planina (20km-25min), Škocjanske jame (92km-1h). Just 6 km away is beautiful bad resort Snovik, with pool, wellnes, thermal water, water contains no impurities and is rich in magnesium, calcium and other beneficial minerals. It is an excellent drinking water and has exceptional bathing qualities,sauna. Prefer guest with their own transportation (car, motorbike...) opportunities all around.

The nearest restaurant is 6km away. And the rest is in Kamnik, that is 15 km away. Nearest gas station is 7km away, but is not open late night.

Guesthouse is equipped with a keyless entry lock to allow for flexible check-in times after 3PM. There are other guest rooms in the house so you can usually expect other guests to be staying at the same time as you.

The room is located on the 2 floor and has one queen-size bed (160x200) with comfortable orthopedic mattresse and memory-foam pillows, towels, wardrobe, table, chair, two night-tables and a mirror. There is a hairdryer as well.
The house was renovated in 2016 and all the furniture in our house is quite new. Eating and drinking in the bedroom responsibly. Preparation of food in guest rooms by any type of cooking appliances is prohibited.

There are 2 large shared bathrooms for the guests. It is quite enough not to disturb each other. In the bathrooms you will find all the essential toiletries (shampoo, soap, toilet paper, cotton pads and buds). Most of the guests keep bathrooms reasonably clean - it is hoped you will too. It's forbidden to use bathrooms to wash your clothes/shoes.

★ Kitchen ★
There are complementary tea & cookies, as well as some basics like salt, pepper, a variety of vinegar and olive oil. Well equipped with induction stove, microwave, refrigerator, electric kettle, coffee maker (works with Nescafe Dolce Gusto (or compatible) coffee capsules, sink & counter. There are kitchenware, pots, cutting boards, corkscrew, cleaning supplies. Some cupboards will be marked as "private".
Please note that OVEN is NOT included.
You are welcomed to use kitchen to prepare/cook simple non-smelly meals (Please see Kitchen Rules below for more info)!

★ Dining room ★
From the dining room there is a way to the balcony, where you can relax and enjoy a picturesque view on the Ljubljanica river and Castle Hill (Ljubljanski grad).
Please use dining room to have your meals. Preparation and cooking should be conducted in the kitchen. Please don't use the dining room during quiet hours (22.00 - 8.00), as it is open space and there are rooms close to it and it might disturb other guests.

★ Living room ★
There is spacious living room with couches and big smart TV on the ground floor. As the living room is rather separated from the guest rooms, so there is no "quiet hours" restrictions :) So you can feel free to use it anytime.

During your stay
Hosts don't live here. We may be around occasionally, but in most cases will not personally be present at the Guesthouse. There also can be a housekeeper overseeing the property.

The electronic keyless entry means we do not typically meet guests upon check-in. But we want to make your visit as enjoyable as possible, so please feel free to give us a call/text/message if you have any questions. Also please be attentive to communication that comes from us as well.

A guest guidebook and a map will be provided.

If you need a transfer to or from the airport just let us know in advance (extra payment).

Please NO shoes in the house! Outdoor shoes should be left in the hallway. For your comfort we provide clean slippers.

★ Absolutely NO SMOKING! ★
Smoking is strictly prohibited within all property (on the balcony or front porch as well). We kindly ask smokers to use for smoking ONLY the space on the parking near the ashtray. NOTE: Penalty for smoking in the property is 125 EUR. If you were smoking in the room, you will also have to cover next guests' relocation expencies.

★ No visitors, no parties. ★
ONLY registered guests who made the reservation are allowed. Guests cannot bring their own family/friends/visitors into the house at any time - there are no exceptions.

★ Quiet hours 22.00 - 8.00. ★
Noise must be kept low inside and outside, so other guests are not being disturbed. We provide a peaceful atmosphere and we appreciate the same. Please:
* Enter and exit quietly, don't slam the doors;
* CARRY (don't drag) your luggage on the stairs;
* Don't use the dining room during quiet hours;
* Close the door and avoid making noise while using the kitchen;
* Remember that there is a living room with TV and couches which is available 24 hours, there is no "quiet hours" restrictions :)

★ Kitchen rules. ★
Kitchen use is limited to light preparation and light cooking only. Cooking of any foods that have a strong lingering smell (including but not limited to fish/seafood, use of certain spices such as curry), stir-fry, deep-fry of any kind is strictly prohibited!
* We recommend to keep prepare+cook time under 30 mins, as other guests should have opportunity to cook too :)
* Don't leave dirty dishes in the sink, table or counters. Either leave it on the tray or you can wash it yourself.
* Empty and clean pots and bowls immediately after cooking.
* Kitchen is NOT available: 13.00 - 15.00 (closed for cleaning).

★ Safety. ★
It is forbidden to bring or use flammable items, such as heating equipment, candles, explosives or firearms, etc. Preparation of food in guest rooms by any type of cooking appliances is prohibited.

★ Eating and drinking in the bedroom responsibly. ★

There is NO surveillance inside the guest rooms and bathrooms.

Motorcycles, passenger cars and vans, whose maximum permissible weight does not exceed 3.5 tonnes, must have a vignette in order to drive all Slovenian motorways. We recommend you to buy vignette on a gas station before crossing the Slovenian border.

New, modern, bright, clean, quiet, completely renovated (May 2019) private locked room no. 7, 20m2, in guest house on Tovarniška 35a , fully equipped shared kitchen and shared bathroom (shower & toilet) for max. 7 guests (in 3 rooms) on ground floor, private parking 4Eur/day, near center. Fully equipped, sheets, towels, shampoo, shower gel, hair dryer, washing and drying machine, washing powder, welcome basket, coffee, tea, tourist information material included.

The space
New, bright, modern, clean and completely renovated private room no.7, 20m2, on the ground floor of a guest house on Tovarniška 35a, situated 2,5 km from the city center (half an hour walk) next to the BTC main shopping center of Ljubljana. There are bars, markets, restaurants and shops in the vicinity.

There are public bus stops for buses 2, 7 ,12, 7L, 12D, 27, 27K near by which bring you to the city center in 15 minutes.

The guest house has 12 private rooms with 24 beds, and was completely renovated in May 2019, all furniture and equipment is new. Private room is on the ground floor of a guest house where there are 3 private rooms. The fully equipped kitchen and bathroom (shower and toilet) on the ground floor are shared among max. 7 guests in 3 rooms.

Private room has 20 m2 and includes:
- 2 beds with 2 new high quality mattresses 90x200,
- 3 wardrobes;
- 1 table with two chairs;
- mirror;

Shared kitchen for max. 7 guests includes:
- fully equipped kitchen with 2 refrigerators, freezer, oven, electric cooker, dishes, pots, cutlery, and all the kitchen equipment you might need;
- dining corner with dining table with 7 chairs;
- 1 cupboard;
- mirror;

Shared separated bathroom for max. 7 guests on ground floor includes:
- sink, large mirror, shower ;
The toilet is separated from the bathroom and is also shared among max. 7 guests;

Towels and bed linen, tea and coffee are included in the price, internet is free. On arrival, the welcome basket waits for our guests. There is a hair dryer, washing detergents, extra shower gel and shampoo in case you don’t have your own. Guests can use a washing and drying machine, iron and ironing desk in the basement of the guest house for free.

There is a private, secure parking place available in the courtyard of the guest house behind the gate. Guests have to inquire about it and get our confirmation before their arrival. The price for the private parking is 4 eur/day payable in cash on arrival.

Guest access
The guest house is on Tovarniška 35a in Ljubljana.

If you arrive between 4p.m. and 8p.m., one of our team members can wait for you in the guest house if you do not prefer a self check in. If you arrive after 8 p.m. the key of the main entrance and of your room will be left in the key box next to the entrance of the house. Rooms are numbered, so our guests can find them easily. You will be able to use the kitchen and the bathroom on the ground floor as well as drying and washing machine in the basement.

During your stay
One of my team members will wait for our guests from 4 - 8 p.m. if they do not prefer a self check in. In case of a late arrival the guests will do a self check in.

I or one of my team members will always be available during our guests stay.

Other things to note
Tourist tax of 3,13 EUR/person/night (a tourist tax 2,50 Eur in force from May 1st 2018, plus a promotion tax of 0,63 EUR in force from Jan.1, 2019) is not included in the price and will be charged upon your arrival in cash. Children up to 7 years of age are exempt from paying the tourist tax. Persons of 7 to 18 years of age pay only 50% of the tax , that is 1,57 EUR.

The space
Guesthouse is equipped with a keyless entry lock to allow for flexible check-in times after 3PM. There are other guest rooms in the house so you can usually expect other guests to be staying at the same time as you.

*** Your room ***
The room is located on the 2 floor and has one queen-size bed (160x200) with comfortable orthopedic mattresse and memory-foam pillows, towels, wardrobe, cosmetic table, chair, shelves and a mirror. There is a hairdryer as well.
The house was renovated in 2016 and all the furniture in our house is quite new.
PAY ATTENTION: We do not do any in-room cleaning during your stay - there is NO daily maid service.
ON REQUEST: Changing towels after 3 nights, linens after 7 nights.

NOTE: Room faces the road, hidden with high pine trees. There are new good windows in the room, but if you are noise sensitive persons better use earplugs.

★ Verified Guests Only. ★
As we may not meet with you in person, photocopies of all guests' passports (including children of any age) must be sent to us by e-mail in advance (before door code is issued).

★ Self CHECK-IN with a keypad. ★
Independent access. Each guest gets a unique key code. Code is given after your ID/passport is provided. Your access code is valid only after the designated check-in time (3pm) till check-out time (10am).

★ No check-in before 15:00 / No late check-out. ★
Early check in or late departures are generally not possible as it will cut into cleaning and preparation time between guests. Please keep this in mind when you are making travel arrangements.

Sorry... You can safely store you luggage at Ljubljana bus/train station. That will cost you 3-6 eur/day.
