The entire outdoor area and elevator reeked of marijuana. The hear is not controlled and there was no light other than the super bright overhead lights. There was only feather bedding and I’m allergic. Because there was no one on site, most of these things are unavoidable. The structure itself is quite nice but I felt things could be better run. "

- "Apartments are very nice and clean. We had all we needed there. The kitchen was great. Figuring out the washer/dryer combo machine was tricky. Parking was free on weekends but needed to purchase a parking ticket for two hours on Monday morning (charging started at 9) on a side street very close to the apartment. Other streets started at 7 or 8. The parking ticket was purchased at the train/tram station nearby and was very easy to do. I think it was about €5. There are parking garages around if you want to use them. Vienna is a large city with sites to see quite a distance from each other. The apartments are quite far from Schönbrunn palace but it was very easy to buy a tram ticket and ride around to see everything. You can purchase tickets once you get on them if you’d like. "

The tram (43) is 5 minutes away from the accommodation and takes you right to the city. The train that we took from Vienna Airport is just next to the tram. We even travelled to Hallstatt from here, which was a simple journey. I am from London, so I approached the train/tram map as the underground and then found it easier to manoeuvre. The flat is large, beautiful, and clean. Shops like Lidl and Adli are nearby, and a drugstore like Boots is named the Dm store, which is a few stops away on Tram 43. We met Christian, who was really sweet and helpful; definitely ask him for recommendations on places to go. Thank you so much for the early check-in and being able to leave our luggage before departing, which allowed us to explore the city more. We had a fantastic first time in Vienna, and we felt quite fortunate to have found such an amazing host and place. I can’t wait to visit Vienna again. "
