It was nice to have a small kitchen and living area downstairs and have the bedroom upstairs. 2 bathrooms was also a nice touch. So close to the Old Plaza and Astronomical Clock! 5 min walk from the Palladium Mall which is very modern and also has a large variety of stores. Every morning we would just wake up and walk out and immediately had a choice of coffee or restaurants to go to. Also the in unit clothes washer came in really handy to wash jeans, sweaters, etc. We used the oven to make pizza one night when we wanted to stay in. The king size bed was excellent! Light, peaceful, simple tiny room with high ceilings in a centrally-located typical Prague residential historical building just 500 m from Náměstí Míru and between the parks Grébovka and Riegrovy Sady. There is a cozy bed in the room which can be used as a couch during the day. Your room is in a flat on the 3rd floor. There are 4 rooms altogether (one is mine, others occupy my nice flatmates), 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom, and 1 separate toilet. Best Prague cafes are just around the corner!

The space
The apartment has the kitchen with dining area, the common (living room like) area with big sofa and a shelf full of books and of course there is a bathroom and a toilet. You can also use a balcony in the mezzanine and especially the big calm green garden with the big trees - which is a spot really rare to find in the Prague city center :) There is an old school Czech vibe coffee shop situated right downstairs in our house with a nice garden area as well - it's not a part of our apartment, but very ease to access and enjoy.

Apart from your room you can use all the shared places like the kitchen with dining area, the common (living room like) area with big sofa, shared balcony and the whole calm green shared garden. And you have access to freely use the bathroom and the toilet in the apartment of course :)

We offer seven rooms in the village of Zdiby, on the eastern edge of Prague, in a two-generation house.

The house is easily accessible – just a short distance from the D8 highway, providing quick access to the center of Prague – within 30 minutes by car or public transport (bus from Kobylisy metro).

Guests have access to two shared bathrooms and a separate toilet.

Located in the heart of Vinohrady, just 150 meters from Náměstí Míru, this fully furnished room offers a comfortable and modern living space in a shared apartment. Situated on the 1st floor (one floor above ground floor) the room features a private ensuite bathroom with a shower and toilet, providing a perfect blend of privacy and convenience.

This room is ideally located in one of Prague's most popular neighborhoods, known for its charming cafes, trendy restaurants, and green parks. Náměstí Míru, a central hub for public transport with direct tram lines to Prague Castle and a metro connection to Old Town, is just a short walk away, offering easy access to the best of the city.

Please note that the room is situated near a tram line, which means you'll hear some street noise, especially during peak hours. The hum of the trams adds to the authentic city experience, but for those who prefer a quieter environment, earplugs or a sound machine might be helpful.

We would like to inform you in advance that, under Czech law, vacation rental apartments are treated as regular hotel accommodations. As such, we are legally required to collect certain personal information from you, including your passport or ID card number and permanent residence address (so-called guestbook registration).
A few days prior to your arrival, you will receive a secure link to complete this registration. The link leads to a third-party site that is approved and recognized by the booking platform you used. Completing the form is mandatory in order to receive your check-in instructions.
Additionally, we are obliged to collect a city fee of 50 CZK per person per night on behalf of the local municipality.
For reservations made on or before April 11, 2025, this fee is not included in the total price and must be paid in full before check-in via the same link as the guestbook registration (online card payment with CVC).
For reservations made after April 11, 2025, the city fee is already included in the total price. However, guestbook registration remains mandatory for all bookings.

Please make sure before booking that you have all documents required as per current government measures.

The little room has a fold-up bed and the room is suitable for a short-term stay for one. It is close to the airport and 30 min from the city-centre. You can use a little kitchenette and a garden.

The house is situated close to the public transport, there is restaurants and a little shop five -minute walk distance, bigger shops 15 min walk.

During your stay

The house is about 10 minutes drive from the airport and 15 minutes to the Prague Castle. The surrounding area is filled with trees and lush nature, making peaceful and quiet destination. A bus stop is located within a minute walk, and will be able to connect you with all of Prague's main attractions. The room is 28 sq. m. and looks out to the beautiful Sarka Nature Park. It is light and quiet room.
Parking is available for free.

The space
It is just 15-20 minutes away from the historical part of Prague. At the same time it will take you about 10 minutes to drive to the airport.
There is supermarket within a minute walk to get everyday staff. Also there are Burger House and Asian restaurant within walking distance

Despite the number of beds, this is a very spacious and pretty room with lockers and single beds. There is a modern fully equipped kitchen in the room, 2 shared bathrooms with 3 showers. This makes your stay very comfortable. Located on the 4th floor (no elevator) with a lovely view of the Old Town Astronomical Clock directly from the window. Good wi-fi available. Fully furnished room (no. 20610) in a shared attic apartment after reconstruction with a size of 7+1 in the desired location of Prague 2 - Nové město near the center and náměstí I.P. Pavlova (metro red line C), Wenceslas Square, náměstí Míru and Karlovo náměstí. The flat is situated on 6NP in house with elevator. Other things to note
The shared apartment is cleaned by our cleaning lady once every 14 days. Users of a shared apartment are obliged to maintain order in the common areas during the other days when cleaning is not taking place and to agree on common rules.

Apartment in Prague 5 - Barrandov is located in a modern, quiet and safe location with quick and easy connection to the center of Prague.
In front of the house is a square with shops and restaurants. Supermarket is 1 minute walk away, Tram station 2 minutes, Chinese restaurant also 1 minute. Trams leave every 2 minutes during the day. The center is 30 minutes by tram and metro.

Light and spacious room, with beautiful view. Very close to city center and river. There are many cafés, restaurants, music clubs and shops (shopping center Novy Smichov) nearby. The room is in reconstructed flat
in old house (with elevator), which was built in the beginning of the 20th century. Metro line B is 5min far and the same with trams and buses to various directions.

This compact bright apartment with wooden furniture and a French window is perfect for anyone traveling alone. It includes a storage unit, a large wall-mounted TV, and a fully equipped kitchen which belongs among the shared spaces with three other apartments. The bathroom is designed in a minimalistic style which is underlined by warm colors and large tiles.

A modern spacious bathroom with a big shower, a toilet with a bidet, and also a large sink. Guests are welcome to use the shared spaces. The building also has an elevator.
We will be happy to give you tips on where to safely store your luggage in Prague but unfortunately, we can’t store them for you after your check-out.
