The only very minor issue we had was that, depending on time of day, the shower temperature and water pressure weren’t 100 percent. We chose the Premium Garden Suite for the washer and dryer (not all suites have them). It also had a lovely view over a park and church. We loved the location… steps away from trams, subway, and Wenceslas square; 15 min walk from the main square and Charles Bridge, but we appreciated being a bit removed from the super busy areas. I couldn't find a fault with the apartment and rate it 10 out of 10. All of the lads with me loved our stay here and having nice weather made it even better. I personally don't know if I would stay here with a family, not because of the apartment facilities etc. but more because I feel it is likely to attract large groups (i.e. Stag Do's) who may be noisy. Although saying this we never heard anything from other apartments whilst we were staying here."

Disappointed that we were not advised about key arrangements until 24 hours before check in Surely a lock box could be installed on site, but this has been suggested repeatedly in reviews over several years, so can't see it happening. Location is perfect, 4 different grocery stores nearby, safe neighborhood, dining options, not far from old town. We knew there is no air conditioning in the unit and yes, 4 fans were provided, BUT being on the 4th floor under the roof, it was like a sauna there. Main floor bedroom was ok, because they could open balcony doors, but the upstairs bedroom (not the loft) had no option to open the window and the glass look out down to the kitchen was creating a "green house effect". I would highly recommend the host to invest $400 into a portable AC unit. We also struggled with only having 1 bathroom, but again, host did provide accurate info about it in their listing. I wish the communication was a bit better, preferably instant messaging via WhatsApp. Wifi was good"

It was nice to have a small kitchen and living area downstairs and have the bedroom upstairs. 2 bathrooms was also a nice touch. The only thing that I would change if I could would be to have a full body mirror and outlets in the bathroom for hair-styling products ( there was an outlet but it stated it was strictly for beard trimmers). These were minor inconveniences for getting ready in the morning though and I would definitely stay again!"

Light, peaceful, simple tiny room with high ceilings in a centrally-located typical Prague residential historical building just 500 m from Náměstí Míru and between the parks Grébovka and Riegrovy Sady. There is a cozy bed in the room which can be used as a couch during the day. Your room is in a flat on the 3rd floor. There are 4 rooms altogether (one is mine, others occupy my nice flatmates), 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom, and 1 separate toilet. Best Prague cafes are just around the corner!

The space
The apartment has the kitchen with dining area, the common (living room like) area with big sofa and a shelf full of books and of course there is a bathroom and a toilet. You can also use a balcony in the mezzanine and especially the big calm green garden with the big trees - which is a spot really rare to find in the Prague city center :) There is an old school Czech vibe coffee shop situated right downstairs in our house with a nice garden area as well - it's not a part of our apartment, but very ease to access and enjoy.

A few days prior to your arrival, you will receive a secure link to complete this registration. The link leads to a third-party site that is approved and recognized by the booking platform you used. Completing the form is mandatory in order to receive your check-in instructions.
Additionally, we are obliged to collect a city fee of 50 CZK per person per night on behalf of the local municipality.
For reservations made on or before April 11, 2025, this fee is not included in the total price and must be paid in full before check-in via the same link as the guestbook registration (online card payment with CVC).
For reservations made after April 11, 2025, the city fee is already included in the total price. However, guestbook registration remains mandatory for all bookings.

Despite the number of beds, this is a very spacious and pretty room with lockers and single beds. There is a modern fully equipped kitchen in the room, 2 shared bathrooms with 3 showers. This makes your stay very comfortable. Located on the 4th floor (no elevator) with a lovely view of the Old Town Astronomical Clock directly from the window. Good wi-fi available. Spacious and quiet private room in a large (94 m²) bright and renovated flat. Fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher) and bathroom with shower, bathtub and sauna. Close to all amenities: metro/tramway (Flora station), supermarket, restaurants and shopping center. The room faces the inside of the building and the curtains allow you to sleep in in the morning.
