The flat is located 10 min walk from the railway station and the center of the city, 5-7 min walk from the nearest shop (ALDI, Tegut). The space
You will stay in a newly renovated 1-room apartment with separate bathroom in a suburb of the city of Fulda. The room is approx. 25 square meters and has a fully equipped kitchen. You can reach the bathroom, which is used exclusively by you, via a small hallway.

The accommodation can sleep a maximum of 3 people. There is a 1.40 m bed as well as a cozy armchair bed in the room, which can be folded out if necessary. A TV with Netflix and free Wi-Fi access are also available for you.

The property is rural, but has very good city connections. The bus station is about 150 meters from your accommodation. You can also easily reach the city on foot. Through the Fuldaer Auen you are about 3.5 km walk to the city center.

Other things to note
Since April 2024, the city of Fulda has been charging a tourism tax of 2 EUR per guest and overnight stay.

My apartment is 7 km from the center of Fulda. It has a Sep. Entrance in the garden. Far away from the hectic world you will enjoy the peace and the beautiful view of Fulda and the Rhön.

The space
The apartment is suitable for 2 adults. Additional children are available by arrangement.
Underfloor heating is installed everywhere.

You will find a large room with two single beds 1*2 meters. Which we also like to put together for couples. The beds were newly purchased in Nov. 2019.
From the bed, you can also watch TV comfortably.

A three-part wardrobe with hangers, iron board and iron is available.

There is a full-fledged kitchenette with the most common utensils here. A dining table with three chairs. Which can also be used well for working.
Through a small hallway where, by the way, the wardrobe and the fridge with three star icebox are set in a spacious shower room.
We will add a travel cot on request for infants. Children can also camp in the garden by arrangement.
Our house is located on the outskirts without a thoroughfare, all around there is a lot of nature, we are 20 meters from the edge of the forest.

We also like to rent our charcoal grill, and if you want to eat it is 120 meters away there is a good place with very good cuisine.

Our guests have directly our green oasis, our farmer's garden, in front of the door. For children we have a sandbox, a slide and a swing. We also have a small zoo for children with chickens ducks and rabbits.

We love our little cottage for many different reasons;-)Above all it has been family owned for 3 generations, has been lovingly renovated and it is quiet yet right in the middle of it!The cozy attic is rented and we are happy that all travel lovers feel comfortable there. Larger people over 1.75 have to retract their heads into the old door frame and shower;-)

The space
The place is 10 minutes walk to downtown on a quiet side street. The house was built in 1896 and has been family-owned ever since. In 2003, it has been lovingly and extensively renovated. 3 bedrooms (2x double bed, 1x160x200) are rented in the attic with a small dining room and bathroom with toilet and shower. There is NO kitchen, but a small tea coffee corner for free use;-). Linens and towels are of course provided. Due to the sloping roof, beams and wooden floors, it is simply cozy and cozy. Guests over 1.75 have to duck their head a bit at the door frames.

With us, you have it quiet but still close to the city.

The space
The cozy apartment is located in the basement and has direct access to the private terrace and garden, which can also be used. The play equipment such as swing, slide and trampoline can also be used at your own risk.

Guest access
The apartment is approx. 60 square meters and consists of a kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom and is reached via a staircase with handrail.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering. Coffee maker with pads, toaster, kettle, blender and much more are available.
On request, the washing machine and dryer can also be used.
In the bedroom there is a 1.40 x 200 m bed and a single bed, 90 x 200. A crib can be provided on request. In the living room, there is a very comfortable sofa bed that can be enlarged to 1.60 m. The apartment can accommodate 2-4 people.
The garden invites you to enjoy and relax. Garden chairs and a garden lounger are available. But children will also get their money's worth. There is plenty of space to romp and play.

Other things to note
In the house itself, we live with our two children... Children are therefore also welcome guests. Toys, travel crib and high chair are available on request.
