The space
The "Bavarian Nice" Aschaffenburg is a beautiful city on the Main River. It belongs to the Rhine-Main area and therefore has a good connection (motorway/railway) to cities like Frankfurt am Main or Mainz. Outside the city there is the Spessart with its wonderful hiking trails, little villages and Franconian cuisine. Aschaffenburg is a good mixture of urban and rural live. The students as well as the good economic situation of Aschaffenburg provide for the friendly atmosphere in the city.
You will be able to move freely at my place - the kitchen and bathroom are at your disposal at any time. In your room you can enjoy an electric piano. There is a small balcony, which - because it is a non-smoking apartment - might be interesting for smokers. I do not offer breakfast, but in the morning after your arrival you can help yourself freely from my fridge if necessary.
If I have time, I will be happy to help you with any questions you may have. I speak German and English fluently.

The cozy apartment is located on the quiet outskirts of the district in the basement (only 4 steps) with separate access via the terrace and views of the countryside.

The approx. 40 m² bright apartment offers the living room with integrated kitchen, a daylight bathroom with shower and washing machine and a separate bedroom with large wardrobe. The bedroom door to the terrace, a kitchen window and the bathroom window are equipped with insect protection. The terrace with NO orientation provides sun for breakfast and at the same time protects from heat in high summer.

The accommodation is located in Leider, a district of Aschaffenburg. So close that you can reach Aschaffenburg Castle and the city center in about 25 minutes along the idyllic path along the Main River. The Milchhof apartments offer beautiful, bright apartments with equipped self-catered kitchen in a convenient location. There is space with us and we are cost efficient. Garage space can be provided. Especially for cyclists, there are closed parking spaces directly in the house. It is also great for trade fair exhibitors.
