We did not receive check-in protocol as stated (3 days prior to arrival date) and owners/ manager did not promptly reply to my inquires. Because we were traveling from abroad I escalated and reached out to VRBO for assistance. They then got in touch with owner/ manager and I did then have contact and information I was seeking. "

Small, but central, and everything in it. Private entrance. Cozy, practical, clean. Cuddly, even for two or more people a fine home away from home. We love guests, so we'll make sure you're comfortable. And we like to travel ourselves. It's annoying if you have to buy detergent for a few days, isn't it? That's why everything is there, including the kitchen roll, sugar and salt. Less is sometimes more: here you are in the middle of it.

There are high rooms and therefore part of the room has a second level where you can sleep. And in the living area there is still the sofa bed, so a real family room. It is best to come by public transport, but overnight you can also park outside - and during the day with a parking disk also two hours. There are buses, metro and train station, in the neighborhood you will find shops, bars, restaurants, a park, the Main and the city center, Frankfurt City is only 15 minutes away, the airport only 30 minutes. With 140,000 inhabitants, Offenbach is a real city and the welcome city of Germany. Frankfurt is a tourist hotspot, a metropolis and a bustling city that characterizes the Rhine-Main region. Millions live in the region, but everything is fragmented and nature is everywhere.

The apartment is less suitable for basketball players.

The apartment is close to the station Ledermuseum, direct connection to Frankfurt airport, Frankfurt Hbf and city center. Cute cafes, grocery stores can be easily found around the house. You can walk to river Main in 5 minutes by foot.

Less than 30 minutes commute to the Frankfurt fair, airport or main station door-to-door and only three minutes by foot to Wilhelmsplatz - one of the best places in Hessen for bars and restaurants by night and organic farmer's market by day.

The space
The main bedroom with a queen size bed (1,4x2m) and two lockers faces the tranquil garden. The living room with open kitchen that can be used as a second bedroom including an extendable couch. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances you might need including fridge, stove, oven, microwave and a Nespresso coffee maker. The apartment includes a full bathroom with bathtub and sink with mirror. Both, kitchen and bathroom are part of the apartment, which is only accessible by you as a guest. Good Wifi in all rooms.

We have a garden that we share with the other tenants (3 couples, 1 child) and you are invited to use it as well. You can enjoy the afternoon sun on the terrace or relax in the grass. The apartment is located on a one way residential street that won’t keep you up at night.

The apartment is unfortunately not suitable for children under 12 years of age due to safety reasons.

We have to ask you not to celebrate any parties in the apartment, rather go out and enjoy the bar and restaurant scene nearby.

Great place to attend fairs at Frankfurt and Offenbach fair (the hip and cool alternative to Frankfurt) or for a stop-over in Frankfurt.

Guest access
We usually use the apartment to be creative: painting, sewing, developing pictures from film. Therefore two rooms of the 4-room-apartment are not accessible for the guest. We do not use the apartment during your stay. You will have it all to yourself. You can use the bedroom, kitchen and dining room, bathroom and living room as well as the garden (which is shared with the other tenants). We have to ask you to smoke only outside please.
