We did not have any true complications with our stay but it would be a repeat for us. We did not receive check-in protocol as stated (3 days prior to arrival date) and owners/ manager did not promptly reply to my inquires. Because we were traveling from abroad I escalated and reached out to VRBO for assistance. They then got in touch with owner/ manager and I did then have contact and information I was seeking. "
