We suspect that the management knows about the odor situation because windows in the rooms and hallways were open in the November cold weather. The bathroom was really small, but I made it work. The normal price of these rooms reflects the type of hotel it is, but I was here for a conference and room rates were triple what they normally are, so it did not seemm like a great value."

I believe the ear plugs are for the traffic noise outside but we never needed them and actually all the busyness meant we were in an amazing location! A few things to be aware of: • No air conditioning, so in summer you’ll likely need to sleep with the window open — and that means plane and traffic noise can be an issue. • The bathroom has no shelf or ledge in the shower, which makes storing even basic items like soap and shampoo a bit tricky. - "This is a very modern privately owned hotel in a a quiet side street about 120 metres from the Griesheim station which is 2 stops to the main Frankfurt station. As I was arriving very late I called the hotel the evening before and they gave me a key code access number that enabled me to get in through the main door and also my room. This worked without a hitch. I had been allocated a mini suite which had a sitting area,kitchenette and dining area as well as a separate bedroom with an emperor size bed and a separate bathroom with shower, wash basin and toilet. The satellite TV had a wide range of multi language programming and the inclusive WiFi was very good. The cleanliness of the room and hotel was excellent. The inclusive breakfast was well prepared to a high standard and with a good choice. All the staff were very friendly and helpful despite having to communicate in their not native language as I am only an English speaker. There were several small restaurants close by along with a couple of convenience stores. This 3 night stay was a real joy and I look forward to staying here again on my next visit to Frankfurt. My place is located in a single-family house, which is inhabited by me and my daughter Maria, on the first floor. The private room also has a lovely balcony.
Despite the quiet location, the house is very conveniently located. The train station is only 5 minutes away. From there, you can reach Mainz in 15 minutes and the airport in 40 minutes.
There are many free parking spaces. My place is also very suitable for motorists.
We are also happy to find a place for your bike.
