The staff clearly know what they're doing - they're young, hip, efficient, and friendly, which makes them relatable. They're so laid-back and easygoing. The atmosphere is really nice, always lively and cozy - feels like home. There's a lot of information lying around and scrolled across the walls, so make sure you look around! The staff give you a good run-down of the hostel and the surrounding area (Frankfurt am Main) and are always happy to answer your questions and help out. There are events constantly running in the hostel and outside, and, in line with the chill atmosphere of the hostel, level of involvement is your choice; nothing feels imposing at all. There is a pool table if you're lucky to make friends and a kitchen stocked with utensils as well as free ingredients and condiments! Towels and padlocks are available for rent upon request - make sure you don't lose the tokens, though, because you won't get your deposit back without them! Hands-down the best hostel I've ever stayed at; there's nothing more I could ask for."
