The guest room is 18 sqm in a beautiful two-bedroom flat - an altbau (old house) with high ceilings, the flat is facing south which offers lots of sunlight. Please note there is no lift in this building, but it's only a few stairs as we are on the first floor.

Welcome to a cozy little home between the city and nature.

oberursel is close to Frankfurt and quieter and safer.

Your home is the bus stop, you can change quickly to S-bahn 5 or U3 to Frankfurt train station, it only takes 29 minutes! Frankfurt International Airport is 26 km away and can be reached by one hour by bus.

There are supermarkets in the city such as Lidl, Rewe, Asian, Korean and various restaurants and cafes.

The apartment has a total of three rooms, and you enjoy one of them independently, with a balcony and two large windows, with plenty of sunlight.

Please understand that the kitchen and bathroom are not private and shared by the residents.

During your residence, you and other tenants work together to maintain the cleaning.I usually pass by week to assist with maintenance.

The space
The apartment:
It is close to Taunus hill, quiet and safe for hiking and biking.The apartment is one kilometer away from the shopping pedestrian street.Fully equipped with kitchen and large bathroom.

Your room:
Bright, large, and comfortable.The room has a three-seater sofa, a 140 * 200 double bed, a wardrobe and a writing desk, and a separate balcony.(In addition to you, if there are other customers who need to check in, please inform me in advance).

The kitchen has a coffee maker, microwave, oven, fridge, dishes, utensils, cups, etc.

There is a washing machine and clothes rack in the basement.

I am not usually in this apartment and generally do not provide a cleaning service during my stay.

You will share the bathroom and kitchen with other residents and keep clean.

Getting Around:
The bus at the door can be very easily transferred to the S5 and U2, quickly to Frankfurt Station (30-45 minutes) and the International Airport (45-60 minutes).

If you are driving, you can park in my exclusive area (you have to inform me in advance) or you can park on the side of the small road around for free.


Please follow the garbage separation, bio food waste is in the small bucket on the table in the kitchen.Packaged garbage is in the big bin in the kitchen.Paper waste and other waste will require you to deliver separately to the trash cans located in the yard.

Renovated apartment 30 sqm, in a quiet location.
A double bed and a sofa bed are available, so that a maximum of 4 people can stay.
Kitchenette with Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, microwave, fridge and sink. Possibly not suitable for infants, due to stairs.
By arrangement, the pool and jacuzzi can be used exclusively. Access is via the garden.
The old town with castle and train station can be reached on foot in 8 minutes. From there, a train runs directly to Frankfurt Central Station.

The space
The apartment was renovated in 2023 and is located in an annex on the second floor, with a private entrance.
Possibly not suitable for infants, due to a staircase. It is about 30 square meters and consists of a large room, a bathroom and a staircase. It is in a quiet location, on a side street.
The old town is within walking distance, with a castle just a few minutes away. There are also various festivals and events several times a year, including the medieval festival, Christmas market, Kerb with fireworks, the castle festival plays and much more.
In addition, the train station can also be reached in a few minutes. From there, a train runs in about 15-20 minutes to Frankfurt.
In the apartment there is a double bed (160 cm wide) and a sofa bed, so that a maximum of 4 people can stay.
There is a kitchenette with a Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, microwave, fridge and sink.
Electric shutters are also available, which can be operated via buttons or a remote control.
Wi-Fi is available via a 1000 Mbit Internet cable connection.
In the main house there is a heated pool with jacuzzi, which can be reached via the garden. This can be used exclusively on each day of the stay, between 10 am and 8 pm, for 2 hours each. This means that within these 2 hours the pool and jacuzzi are only available to the guest.
