There was no answer at the door, none at the front entrance of the store at the front of the building. No one was anywhere attending the entrance at no.18. I left and booked another room at a nearby hotel and there online I learned that there was a code that I should have rung up on the door intercom. Too late for me. This information should have been provided at the time of booking. Expedia has a policy of no cancellation but this is a poor policy considering the circumstances. Now I am out the price of a room I never saw. Brian"
