I think we left it cleaner than when we arrived. I just think whoever is the cleaning lady there needs to do a better job. We didn’t bring shampoo bec it said it was provided- not completely true. The shampoo looked like left overs from previous guests. So we had to buy one at the store. We also had to buy coffee, and toilet paper because the only provide 2 days worth of it. The area is noisy. Sirens every night. It’s a non smoking apt but the neighbors all smoke and the smell carries over. Overall, it’s a nice place to stay if you’re not picky about sanitation or odors. The host is very nice."

The space
In the middle of the beautiful "Dichterviertel" in Wiesbaden you'll find your quiet but centrally located room within our apartment in a Wilhelminian house (built 1903). Terazzo-floors and high ceilings, old wooden floorboards mixed with modern design and industrial chic - this is what you will find here.
The house is situated on a small square lined with old trees and typical Wiesbaden stucco-decorated facades. A small bakery, a café and an Italian restaurant are within spitting distance of our home.
You can relax and sit on the balcony with view over the square or read a book by the fireside (English books also!).

The room is ca. 20qm, offers sleeping accomodations for three (two seperate beds, one double and one single). There is also a work desk and WLAN. Kitchen as well as bathroom shared with the owners. If needed, a portacrib and highchair are also at your disposal.

In the morning you can opt to get a nice breakfast. Busses and trains can be reached easily. The main station and the inner-city are within walking distance (5 min max). There are trains to Frankfurt every few minutes, it takes about 40 minutes to get to Frankfurt main station and about 35 minutes to get to the airport (direct connection).

The flat has 1 private bedroom with a double bed 2 x 2 meter, a wardrobe and a table. The other rooms are shared: 1 nice bathroom, a guest toilet, a lovely open kitchen and a living room. There is a beautiful balkony with stunning view over the roofs of Wiesbaden.

Guest access
You can use the garden, the trampoline, the slackline and a small climbing wall, but everything is on your own risk.

During your stay
I live with 2 kids (15 and 12) in the flat.

The space
My apartment located in the beautiful "Dichterviertel", thats very close to the train station. Just 10 min. by walk or by bus. Wiesbaden is the state capital of Hessen and is with that 15 thermal baths and springs one of Europe's oldest spas town. The theater, the spa haus with the spa park, the Neroberg, the arts, culture and many different festivities, like Wine Festival, Wilhelmstreetfestival and Kranzplatz festival is that reasons why you want to visit Wiesbaden or why people like to live here!

Guest access
In the kitchen can be cooked and everything can be used for breakfast. Coffee or tea are available for breakfast. The toilet is shared and the shower is shared only with one person. Because I have an typical "Frankfurterbad" bathroom in my bedroom.

During your stay
The apartment has 2 balconies. One balcony is for the guest and the other sunny balcony is for everybody. On that balcony you can start your day with a breakfast or just with a coffee in you hand!

Other things to note
The room faces the backyard and is very quiet. We live in an old building, so you can hear the neighbors. But at night it is very quiet.
