The cozy 2 room apartment is on the 1st Floor of our family home.
It was recently completely renovated and, with a few exceptions, was newly furnished.
All windows have electric shutters, so a healthy sleep is guaranteed.
You enter the apartment via an elongated hallway from which you can reach all rooms.
To the right of the hallway you come into the large, cozy bedroom, which is equipped with a wide box spring bed, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe. Opposite is the spacious bathroom, which leaves nothing to be desired.
It is equipped with a washstand, a toilet and additional bidet, an oversized floor-to-ceiling shower and a bathtub. Behind the bathroom door there is an additional narrow wall cabinet with fresh towels, hair dryer and cleaning agents.
In the hall area there is a small cloakroom niche and a small guest toilet.
So the morning queue in front of the bathroom is no longer an issue.
You reach the living room to the left of the hallway.
The beautiful bright dining table offers 4 people plenty of space to eat and can be easily pulled out to give at least 2 other people a seat.
The small, manageable kitchenette is integrated in the dining area and has a coffee machine, toaster, microwave, oven, stove and other kitchen utensils. If anything should be missing, we are available to you as a landlord at any time and are happy to help.

Our recommendation for a 7-day trip:

1. Day of VacationTake bus 732 (100 meters away) to the Rhine Tower (see photo).There, visit the Gehry buildings and the Landtag on foot.

Have lunch at the Kasematten.
Visit museums and shop in the Old Town/Königsallee.

In the evening, take a boat trip on the Rhine with the White Fleet.

2. Day of VacationVisit the weekly market in Eller Mitte (see photo) on foot and have lunch at one of the good restaurants on site.

Then head to Schloss Eller (see photo). Take a walk in the castle park and buy honey from local beekeepers as a souvenir at the farm shop.

Across from Schloss Eller is a free adventure playground for children.

3rd day of vacation Walk to the Classic Remise (see photo). Enjoy the free exhibition.

Have lunch in the mezzomar there and then walk past the water tower (see photo) to the South Park (see photo).

Take a leisurely walk around the lake, visit the farm (with sheep, goats, etc.) and the Botanical Garden, and then have a homemade piece of cake in the café.

In the evening, watch a movie at the Open Air Cinema Vier Linden or attend an event at the Mitsubishi Electric Hall (see photo).

4th day of vacation Ride a rental bike or scooter to Unterbachersee (see photo).

5th Day of VacationTake bus 723 (300m away) to Werstener Dorfstraße and then take U72 to Schloss Benrath (see photo).

6th Day of VacationTake the S-Bahn from Eller Süd to Köln Central Station.

There, visit the Cologne Cathedral, eat at a brewery, and shop in the city center.

I live in a small, loft-like, bright, about 45 m² old building apartment, which is modern and cozy. The bright floorboard, which gives a cozy creaking noise here and there, also adds a lot to feel comfortable.

The space
Since the apartment is advantageously divided, it looks larger than it is. The bathroom in the renovated Albau is new modern and modern. I share the apartment with 4 black velvet paws (1 cat), who also lives in the apartment. Please note this if you have an allergy. The apartment is not suitable for allergy sufferers.

You book a private room, the bathroom is shared. The kitchen is not part of the rental.

Stay overnight:
The bedroom is about 4.00 m x 3.50 m, equipped with a double bed and two separate mattresses each 90 x 200 cm.

Surroundings:
The apartment is very centrally located in Pempelfort, adjacent to Derendorf and Düsseltal. Within 100 m there are beautiful cafes and restaurants where you can eat or drink very deliciously. A shopping street, where everything for everyday needs can be found, can be reached in 5 minutes on foot.

Transit connections:
Also on foot, it is about 15 minutes to the Kö or downtown, by public transport about 10 minutes. The main train station can be reached in 2 stops by S-Bahn in 5 minutes. It is 8 minutes by S-Bahn to the airport.
The fair is about 15 minutes away by car. It takes about 30 minutes by public transport.

Additional important info:
Unfortunately, the parking situation must be considered difficult - especially in the evening. You should therefore bring some time in the evening.
