Bathroom for the single room is across the hallway and might be shared if the place is full (had it to myself during my stay). Close to DUS airport (walk to terminal in 20-25 min possible with light luggage or 2-wheeled suitcase). Very clean, the house itself was quiet and no traffic noise (quiet side street). Rooms are above a pub so not sure if there would be some noise due to that on weekends. Situated below the approach path of the airport (or rather takeoff, during the prevailing westerly winds) there is noise due to jets taking off, but the window is soundproof enough to block most of the noise, and there are no takeoffs between 22 and 6:00. One block away there’s a good bakery and two Greek restaurants. "
