It was easy to get to anything we wanted to see. Our first night we also discovered it was near an outdoor summer concert venue and all the Motley Crue/heavy metal fans were in full force! The sound from the fans and concert travelled and it was a late night of festivities, so it wasn't the best rest the first night, but was quieter the rest of our stay. - "Very nice place, lots of room for our group of 3. Large bathroom with a deep tub. Nice size kitchen with pretty much everything you need. I don't know why these places never have measuring spoons or cups. That would be the only thing missing, but I don't see those in any of the VRBO's. We didn't use the TV but there is one in the living room. Couch pulled out for a full-size bed, which my son said was comfortable. The dining room table was perfect for meals and playing games. This was located less than a block from the metro and a grocery store. The washer and dryer are shared with the apartment next to us, but we didn't have any issues and we used it 3 or 4 times. He had a broom and vacuum in the apartment which was nice because we like to leave things as clean as when we arrived. Overall, a great location and a great place to stay. I would say this would accomodate 4 people easily. Thanks for allowing us to share your place. It was great."

I rent out an 18 square meter single room in a 4-room apartment in an apartment building. The room is simply furnished. There is a sofa bed (95 x 200 cm), a closet wall, a TV, a small table, a desk with chair and a bookshelf. The room is equipped with carpeting. Kitchen use generally by arrangement: The kitchen can be used to make coffee or tea or to quickly heat something up. Unfortunately, extensive cooking is not possible.
The apartment is very good and centrally located. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance. There are several restaurants in the immediate vicinity. A laundromat is just around the corner. Everything you need is within walking distance.
The landlady also speaks English.
For Oktoberfest and trade fairs, prices are on request.
Towels and linens are included.
The tram (lines 20 + 21, Sandstraße station), U-Bahn (Stiglmaierplatz, line 1 and Theresienstraße, line 2) as well as a bus (line 100, Luisenstraße/Gabelsbergerstr.) can be reached in 5-7 minutes. The main train station with the S-Bahn lines (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) and the U-Bahn lines 1+2+4+5 can be reached in approx. 12 minutes.
It's very central here, so you really don't need a car. The parking spaces in the area are subject to a charge here! However, if a car is essential, there is certainly a solution.

You can walk to the Central station and fhe Museumsareal, you can choose from 3x2 different public transportation (2 subway lines, 2 buslines and two tramway lines.
Several excellent restaurants and cafees are in any 4 directions from here.

The space
The flat has 46 qm but shaped in a opimal ractangular way having the two bedrooms on each side and the entrance and the bathroom in the middle. Both sides can be separated by two doors. With exception of the bath and the kitchen the flat seems to be bigger as it is.

All the flat is yours. In case the flat is not available during your demanded period, there might be the option to rent only one room cheaper with me staying in the other one. If you ask in time I may be able to provide you with the best option.

My little apartment has everything you need. In the morning you can enjoy your brekkie on my little balcony in the morning sun and watch the people passing by on the street. There is a big table and a bed big enough for two in my apartment. The "kitchen" is in the same room, which makes it even more comfortable. The bathroom has a bathtub and a shower in one. It is 1 minute from the subway and two stops from the main station. You have everything around you in this beautiful neighborhood.

The space
Simply have a look at the pictures. After a complete renovation we created a very modern but still comfortable loft. More or less everything has been replaced even the floor plan changed significantly. Because of the visible roof gables the apartment appears a lot larger than before. Considering that the reviews BEFORE (when it had an old fashioned look of the late 80ies) were 4,6 out of 5 you can probably imagine that this perfect location might turn out to be a real bargain;-). Meanwhile not only the location is outstanding but also the flat itself.

The whole bedroom is big enough for 2 people to sleep comfortably. It is equipped with a Ikea Hemnes bed which can be pulled out as double bed of 160cmx200cm. There are also a clothing stand and a desk in the room.

It is mostly quiet during night as the room is facing a narrow one-way street. However, please bear in mind that there can be exceptions considering we are still in the city center.

Very central location in the middle of Munich's museum district. 10 minutes to walk to the center. Best shopping, very busy with many shops and restaurants, nevertheless very quiet, also on the narrow Schleißheimer Straße (one-way street), on the other side to the courtyard rural idyll with birdsong. The terrace with the wonderful roof landscape and the plants gives a feeling of Italy.
The apartment is very cozy, bright and warm. Biedermeier charm.

The floor is laid-out with wood and floor tile (kitchen, bath). All rooms are equipped with a room-individual controllable floor heating. As well, the sleeping room and living room are equipped with automatic blinds.
