- "For the one we stayed at - located in a building with doctors offices - It's a good apartment located close to museums, the train station, and bus stop. It was easy to get to anything we wanted to see. Our first night we also discovered it was near an outdoor summer concert venue and all the Motley Crue/heavy metal fans were in full force! The sound from the fans and concert travelled and it was a late night of festivities, so it wasn't the best rest the first night, but was quieter the rest of our stay. It was a good place to stay for a first visit to Munich."

- "Very nice place, lots of room for our group of 3. Large bathroom with a deep tub. Nice size kitchen with pretty much everything you need. I don't know why these places never have measuring spoons or cups. That would be the only thing missing, but I don't see those in any of the VRBO's. We didn't use the TV but there is one in the living room. Couch pulled out for a full-size bed, which my son said was comfortable. The dining room table was perfect for meals and playing games. This was located less than a block from the metro and a grocery store. The washer and dryer are shared with the apartment next to us, but we didn't have any issues and we used it 3 or 4 times. He had a broom and vacuum in the apartment which was nice because we like to leave things as clean as when we arrived. Overall, a great location and a great place to stay. I would say this would accomodate 4 people easily. Thanks for allowing us to share your place. It was great."

The living room sleeper sofa is a small double but very high quality. The best I've seen! The kitchen is lightly supplied with dishes. The refrigerator is small and not very cold so you will need to shop frequently if you plan to cook. The bathroom is large with a great layout. The keycode door locks are cumbersome and take some getting used to. I found the clothes washer and dryer to work well, but all controls are in German. The neighborhood is convenient to tram and train stops. I would stay here again if I return to Munich."

Unfortunately, looking at the pictures we mistakenly thought that there was a balcony, but it's on an apartment across an open courtyard. The only negative is the lack of a rubber bath mat in the tub/shower and one of us slipped and fell while showering. Fortunately the injury was minor, but it could have been much worse.
