The 20 m² room is located on the fourth floor and is lovingly furnished. It has a comfortable double bed, a clothes rack and ample storage space for your personal belongings. Through the skylight you have a magnificent view over the rooftops of Berlin. The room can be darkened if necessary, so you can take a nap during the day or just close your eyes.

The apartment has a well-equipped shared kitchen where you can prepare your meals. The bathroom is shared and is equipped with a shower, a bathtub and a toilet. On the roof terrace you can enjoy the view over the city. (This is shared).

Wi-Fi is of course available for working. You also have your own yoga mat which you can use to relax after a long day or your trip.

The location of the apartment is ideal for exploring the city. In the immediate vicinity you will find numerous restaurants, bars and shops. The place is artistically designed according to our own ideas. It is located in our single-family house on the 1st floor. It has its own entrance via an external spiral staircase.
The surrounding area is very green and quiet. There are many supermarkets, restaurants and cafes within walking distance. The U-Bahn station Kurt Schumacher Platz is 400 meters away. By U 6, you are in the city center in 20 minutes.

Accommodation tax:
All Berlin accommodation establishments are obliged to charge 7.5 (seven and a half) percent overnight tax from the overnight price [currently 90 euros per night = 6.75 (six euros and 75 cents) euros per night] for the State of Berlin and to pay it to the State of Berlin. This is our family home. It is perfect for a family with small kid(s) visiting Berlin, but also great for couples or friends. The apartment is really quiet. It's on a top floor with so much green and a balcony/terrace wrapping around almost 360° where you can enjoy sunrise and sunset overlooking Berlin. It is well connected to the city center, 7min walk to Residenzstr station. Rewe supermarket across the road. It's bright and cozy and you'll find everything you need for a comfortable stay.

In this green, quiet location, you are still only 10 minutes by car or 25 minutes by bike from the western center of Berlin's Charlottenburg Palace and 7 minutes from the Siemensdamm subway station. Our bicycles are at your disposal free of charge. The cottage has a double bed. You can set up a second double bed, but then has less space in the room. The sauna and swimming pool can be used in consultation for your own relaxation.
