Couple of items that could have made it an excellent stay. We happened to stay in early June and there was a heat wave. No air conditional which we were aware of but no fan to circulate the air. During the day it become stuffy and hot inside the unit. One of the occupants needed to work remotely during the day and it was uncomfortable. The windows did not have screens and a few flies and mosquitoes entered the unit when the windows were opened to relieve the heat. The bed in the bedroom is literally 1 ft off the ground and if there are any physical limitations may be difficult to get out of. The main concern was the noise from the street. This is located on a busy street with the windows located at street level and the traffic noise was constant. This continued thru out the night and did keep the light sleepers awake at times. The main disappointment was with the linens. There is an additional charge for bed linens and towels. This is in the rental agreement as the Property Manager reminded us. Never have had to read the agreement to be informed of this. They notified us as the date became closer and had to make a decision on purchasing the linens. They stated that some bring their own, we traveled from Florida USA and had no intention of bringing linens. Before you book make sure you understand this point and the total cost. We came to an International Conference and when speaking to others who used VRBO or other like services they were not charged for linens."
