I rent three rooms of your choice in a beautiful apartment in the heart of Cologne's south city. The Volksgarten with its many recreational opportunities, beautiful pond and beer garden is right across the street. Many restaurants and bars are within walking distance. By arrangement, the room with a double bed 160 x 200, or the room with the second double bed 160 x 200 or the other room with the king size bed 180 x 200 can be rented.

The space
The apartment is quiet although in the middle of the city overlooking the garden. It has sun all day as it's on the south side. The garden can of course also be used and also the barbecue in summer. You can have breakfast outside on the terrace. The apartment is paradise in a new development with playgrounds and lots of greenery, so also ideal for families with infants.

The guests can use the living space and kitchen and of course the garden to relax. I have several pillows in a small garden shed that you can put in the chill corner and a barbecue. Depending on the request, there are several guests in the apartment as I rent out 3 rooms. Or I am on site myself with the guests. In rare cases, however, guests are also alone in the apartment.
