Shopping for everyday necessities is a 5-minute walk.

The room is located in a separate area of my apartment. The bed is a French bed 140 cm wide. And a normal length of 2 m. This might not be enough for tall people. I use exactly the same bed for myself and sleep very well in it.

The space
We warmly welcome you to our Cologne feel-good oasis, an 83 sqm apartment in a commercial unit, for max. 6 people.

You can park your car for free directly in the parking space in front of the entrance and then you check in independently and relaxed with us via a key box.

A large king-size box spring beds (1.80 x 2.00 m), two large single beds in individual bedrooms each as well as a cozy sofa bed create privacy and are intended to ensure relaxing nights in our apartment. Each bedroom is also equipped with a closet.

Your holiday kitchen is fully equipped and has a fridge and freezer, dishwasher, stove, microwave, and an oven. Of course, there are also plenty of dishes, cutlery and cooking utensils. It is important to us that you feel at home with us and of course you lack nothing. You can use the washing machine and dryer for free.

You can start the day relaxed with a free latte macchiato, from our fully automatic coffee machine. Your breakfast and suitable shopping facilities can be found directly in the walking distance.
After a busy day, you can settle in the very comfortable beds or relax on the couch with a 55-inch UHD Smart TV.

Free, quality linen and towels are of course available for free. In the bathroom you will always find soap, shower gel and hair shampoo.

If the work calls, you can easily do so in our "home office". High-speed internet is included in the accommodation price for you.
