Our well maintained two-room apartment "Sunshine" is flooded with light, the sun rays illuminate the rooms in the course of the day again and again from other sites. The colors yellow and orange can be found everywhere in the apartment and give it a warm, comfortable-modern character. Here are 2 people plenty of space to relax.
The kitchen is equipped with all household items. The dishwasher does the dishes.
Coffee, tea, milk, orange juice, toast and butter are available for the first breakfast.
You arrive in the evening? Then you will find a cracker for pizza or lasagna in the freezer. And some soft drinks, beer and wine are available in the fridge (at cost price according to consumption). So you can first arrive in peace and on the next day in the immediate vicinity to do your shopping. And if you want to eat out, you can reach the various restaurants and snack bars (German, Italian, Greek, Turkish, Italian cuisine) in a few minutes walk.

Ratingen-Ost train station with S-Bahn connections to Düsseldorf and Essen, among others, can be reached on foot in a few minutes. The nearest bus stop is right at your doorstep.
Düsseldorf city center is about 15 km away, Düsseldorf airport 8 km, Düsseldorf Exhibition Center 13 km, Essen city center about 20 km, and Cologne city center about 50 km.
Arrival by car is via the A3 or A52.

Parking at the house allows air travelers to park the vehicle for free during the trip.

A nearby forest invites you to stroll. The small town center with various shops can be reached in 15 minutes on foot.

The bright bedroom and living room with floor-to-ceiling window is equipped with a double bed 160x200 cm, new high-quality mattress , bedside table with lamp and cuddly blanket.

A comfortable armchair invites you to linger and watch TV.

Of course, there is a large table with a desk lamp and comfortable height-adjustable office chair as well as 2 chairs for working.
