We have a wonderful, large garden with many seating areas, also along the river Swalm. You can walk fantastically in the area (hiking maps available). Beautiful also for cycling in the area.
Peace and quiet are the words that fit here.

Hi! My name is Jerom and I would like to welcome you to my home on the Maasnielderbeek in Roermond. Your accommodation is on the first floor with its own bathroom and toilet.
The park is right in front of the door, here you can relax or take a nice walk. Enjoy Roermond city center, take a walk in the Meinweg area or take a boat on the water. I'd love to give you tips. A longer stay or work visit is also possible.

The space
You will enter a shared hallway. The home is located upstairs. The space consists of a hall with access to the bathroom, separate toilet and access to the living area. Adjacent to the living room and kitchen is the bedroom.

I have an 11 year old daughter and two cats. You may encounter one of us in the hall or one of our curious cats will come and visit you through the window.

For a third person, there may be an extra mattress in the sleeping area. An additional fee applies for a third guest. This is automatically reflected in the booking if you set the number of guests to three people.

The bathroom has a bathtub and is equipped with a washing machine and dryer. Towels are provided.
