It is located at the beautiful city park and only a few minutes walk from the historic center of Sittard with numerous shops, cozy cafes and restaurants. Partly due to its central location it is ideal as a base for exploring the beautiful South Limburg "hill" landscape or one of the beautiful sights that Limburg has to offer.

Recently renovated loft for rent on the 2nd floor.
Between city and nature, our house (we live on the ground floor and 1st floor) is located in a picturesque old street.
I will be happy to welcome you personally, we walk up 2 flights of stairs.
Under the high roof of the 1930s house is the spacious luxury loft in a sea of light on 40 m2.
The decor is warm and original with design items & authentic elements such as a round stained glass window. Guests notice that there is a good vibe, you do not get bored and you quickly feel at home.
Nice to relax and unwind.

Behind a wall of blinds is the “bathroom and suite” with large shower (with delicious shower products) with streamers, washbasin and toilet.
There is a 2-burner stove/microwave grill, mini fridge with freezer compartment, a kitchenette to heat food. The space is not so suitable for extensive cooking.
In the front yard is a cozy seating area for you.
Speaking of rest, on request, you can book the sauna and the heated swimming pool 3x4m for €50 (June to September). In reviews, the backyard is appreciated: It seems like we are in France!
