I would book with SmartFlats again. There are a few cosmetic things the property needs to fix or look into for future tenants. The rooms' curtain rods look like they were broken and so the curtains had to be hooked onto the window. They kept falling off. The soap dispensers in the shower also looked like they had broken off. A towel hook in the toilet room would be useful because we had no place to put the towel. One or both shower areas may not have a drain trap so the sewage smell would come back into the space. We just opened the windows but future renters may keep complaining about it."

Our apartments are located in Holzheim, a district of the German-speaking municipality of Büllingen. Here, in the heart of the Oostkantons, the Belgian Eifel, and a stone's throw from the German border, you can enjoy a quiet but wonderful environment at an altitude of about 600 m. The Belgian Eifel is the transitional area between the Belgian Ardennes and the German Eifel, the ideal location for a wonderful vacation.

The space
The studio, located on the ground floor, is suitable for 2 (+2) people. This will enter you through a living room and dining room. In the integrated kitchen, all the kitchen appliances and cooking essentials are available. There is also a sleeper-vehicle provided and a radio with bleutooth to play your favorite music. The adjoining bedroom has a double bed, a TV with DVD player and with a chromecast so that all TV apps can be played. The shower room has a shower, washbasin and toilet. In the studio you can enjoy great views.

After the ride, the engines can be stored safely and dry inside.

Hiking and biking:
Thanks to the numerous hiking and biking hubs, you can plan endless walks and bike rides in the beautiful region. The Ravel or Vennbahn are also very popular and extremely suitable for discovering the fantastic Eifel area. These asphalted old railway lines lead through the green landscape with beautiful views and pass through Germany, Belgium and Luxembourg. In addition to the hubs, there are of course also many signposted hikes and cycling routes.
In the garage there is space for bicycles and you can also charge them there.

Oost Belgium:
In the Oostkantons, there are numerous activities to do. For example, the picturesque towns of St. Vith and Malmedy and the German towns of Prüm and Monschau can be reached within half an hour. The lakes of Robertville, Butgenbach and Gileppe, Reinhardstein Castle, Signal de Botrange, Reinhardstein and Bayehon waterfalls are also nearby. Furthermore, you can also swim, pedal boating, canoeing, paddle boarding, mountain biking, karting, mountain karting, rail riding, game and amusement parks, skiing, cross-country skiing and you name it. lovely appartement, cosy and great situation. The appartement is full equipped (bed sheets, towels, soap,etc...). The apartement is on the second floor of a typical brussel's house! A nice place to settle down in Brussel. Very calm neighborhood even if you have the best restaurants, bars and shops a few minutes walk from the apartment.
