- "Location was good for us. Off road parking and we can walk a decent distance so had no problem getting into the town centre. Two bedrooms were ok but the 5th person had to sleep on a v hard sofa bed in the kitchen/lounge/diner that has a glass front door with no blind. Ok for a 7 year old (although no sheet, we used a duvet cover) apart from the morning sun. One of the windows in the main bedroom is broken so it was very hot. Bathroom bin had not been emptied from previous guests. Overall it was fine but I’d choose somewhere else next time. I think there is probably better for a similar price."

The space
Our furnished One Bedroom Apartments are ideally located in the neighborhood of the historic city centre, train station, shops, restaurants, bars and museums. Each studio is equipped with simple furnishings, an equipped kitchenette with fridge and a private bathroom.

Guest access
The guests can access the parking (if they have made a reservation), the garden, the reception and their booked room.

Other things to note
Our reception hours are between 4pm and 6pm. When the reservation is paid, the guest will receive the check-in instructions at their personal email address and can use it after 6pm.

This beautiful studio near Gasthuisberg and within walking distance of Centrum Leuven. Located on the 2nd floor with small terrace. Can be rented for at least a week or for a longer period. It has a small kitchen and bathroom, a separate bedroom and a dining area with a large desk. Leuven station is reachable on foot or bus, with bus stop less than 300m away. Elevator available.

The apartment building is located in the center of Heverlee near the Arenbergpark, the Leuven University, the Meerdaalwoud as well as the buildings of Imec. The infrastructure in the building is completely up to date and according to fire safety. We have free bikes and a 24-hour accessibility by phone.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place.

Quiet and spacious, newly renovated room/studio on the top floor of our two-storey townhouse in central Leuven. It has a double bed (180cm), a private bathroom with a shower, a work desk, electric shutters, cupboards and a small kitchenette (which is not yet on the pics). Access from the staircase is separate, so there is lots of privacy. Plenty of air and light. The city centre, KUL faculties, and the University Hospital are within walking distance. Please reach out in case of any question.

The space
The kitchenette is more equipped than suggested by the picture: there are cooking utensils, a kettle and a Senseo coffee machine including coffee pads :). The fridge is located on the landing (to prevent unnecessary noise in the room), and you are free to use the house's washing machine.

This brand new apartment is located on Naamsestraat in the Leuven city center and is perfectly suited for PhD students that are in Leuven for a research visit. The apartment is a penthouse, located on the 4th floor , with a stunning view on the Saint Michael's Church (anno 1650) which is just in front of the apartment. There is a supermarket on the ground floor and a bus station in front of the building. The apartment is just 100 meters from restaurants/cafes, and the shopping street. No traffic noise of any kind.

The apartment is usually shared by 2 PhD students that are in Leuven for a research visit. However, there is also a possibility to rent the entire apartment.

The kitchen is fully equipped. Wifi internet is available. Bed linen, towels and hair dryer are provided. This is a no pets and no smoking building.

ENTRANCE
> For your own privacy and safety, please always LOCK the frontdoor as this is a special lock which doesn't close the door automatically!

> Be ecofriendly! Don't forget to close the heating when you are leaving the studio.

GARBAGE
> The trashes cans are in the storage room on the 3rd floor at the backside.
1. Paper are separately collected.
2. Plastic bottles and flasks, metal packaging, drinks cartons (PMD) are collected in the blue bag.
3. Other garbages are collected in the brown bag.
To prevent odour nuisance, you can use the small plastic bags first to collect garbage, close them tightly!

KITCHEN
> We are trying our best to keep the kitchen clean for you as well as the following guests. Please clean and wash your own dishes before leaving.

SAFETY
> There are on each floor fire extinguishers.
> Escape route are indicated on each floor. When there is fire, the automatic exit lights will be activated.
