The penthouse apartment is situated right in the heart of Bruges, this attractive penthouse-apartment, measuring 110 m² (1183 square feet) with private roof garden, comes with a charming and chic décor as is shown on the photos. The apartment is split over two levels.
First floor: A French door opens from the salon/kitchen into a private roof garden with barbecue, where you may dine and relax in summer the whole day long. There is a fully fitted kitchenette with a full array of cookware, you can shop at the local market and prepare your own gourmet meals. Adjoining the salon is a dining table for five persons. The cozy lounge has an extremely comfortable double sofabed (Ligne Roset) and a view out on to the street, with its selection of books, CD’s and DVD's it is the ideal place to relax after a busy day sightseeing.
Second floor: The luxuriously furnished master bedroom in favour of a king-size bed with its own colour TV, a bathroom with washing machine, shower, vanity unit, and water closet (WC). Next door there is a second small single bedroom and vanity room.

This impressive 90 square-meter holiday home, Strand, is situated on the ground floor of the Golf apartment estate, at the boulevard and just fifteen meters from the beach of De Haan. It offers an impressive panorama view on the North Sea.
From the entrance with wardrobe one gets, via the open kitchen, directly to the large living room with lounge, reading and dining area – all with sea view. Through a corridor (with much storage space) which offers access to the toilet and a stylish bathroom, one gets to two beautiful bedrooms. Outside, everything is surrounded by a large terrace of about 100 m2.
The large window surface at the sea side enables plenty of sunlight and an impressive view, but stylish shutters create sufficient privacy.

Strand has been fully renovated in 2009 and its layout got optimized for use by up to five persons. The holiday home is equipped with all contemporary comfort. The entire apartment has been finished with first-class. The new kitchen has a bar, a refrigerator with freezer and an espresso machine. In the bordering toilet space there is a washing machine and tumble dryer. Premium sanitary (like bathing tub, sink and spacious shower), proper ventilation and pleasant heating also bring comfort to the bathroom. The house is well-equipped and has a television, DVD player and wireless internet. Bedlinen and towels are not included.
The comfort doesn’t stop at the sliding doors at the boulevard side; the terrace is very large and has foldable glass wind screens. By the way, shops and restaurants don’t disturb the peace but are on walking distance at the same sidewalk and in the nearby center of De Haan.

The design of Strand is unique – significantly different than what one would typically find in a holiday home. The beautiful interior is the result of professional indoor architecture. Historical Flemish cities like Bruges and Gent are nearby and with the coast tram, all villages along the Belgian North Sea coast are easily reachable. Fashionable Knokke and the Oostende marina are worth a visit.

Our cozy loft is located in the old city centre of Bruges in a charming 19th century home. It sleeps 4 people comfortably. It is a short walk to all the medieval sights; popular shops and restaurants. To access the loft,one needs to ascend two staircases, the top stairway (typical Brugian) leading to the attic loft is rather steep. (See photos) Not recommended for people with physical disabilities.

This studio is located on an ideal base to explore the woodland region: 1 km from the market of Torhout.
The studio is centrally located to discover the coast, but also historical cities such as Bruges, Ghent, Kortrijk and Ypres.
Within a walking distance there are several eateries, bakery, supermarkets and a natural park.

Holiday apartment at the seaside (penthouse- 4 pers.) in Blankenberge, near the harbour, with large sunny terraces, of which 1 with frontal sea view. Recently completely renovated and decorated with love. You will feel right at home in our penthouse. You can relax here during any season.
Moreover, it is an excellent base to visit the well-known city Bruges (at 14km) (accessible by bike, bus or train). Other major Belgian cities are also easily accessible by train (Ghent, Brussels and Antwerp).
The space
The penthouse has two comfortable roof terraces, one with frontal sea view.
The bright living room, also with sea view, consists of a sitting area with digital TV and Wireless Wifi, comfortable sofa bed (for 2 people), cozy armchair and a nice dining area (pull-out table up to 10 people).
The kitchen, also with sea view, is equipped with an extra dining area. In addition, extensively equipped with crockery and kitchen utensils. There is a dishwasher, combi-oven, induction hobs, Senseo coffee maker, toaster, mixer, blender, etc …
In the bedroom there is a double bed (2pers) with enough space to place a cot.
In the bathroom there is a large walk-in shower, sink, toilet and various built-in closets.
In the building there is a lift to the floor below.

You have the full enjoyment of the penthouse and the entire 10th floor. There is an elevator till 9th floor.
Other things to note
The two terraces have a big advantage: in good weather you can have breakfast in the sun (on the terrace in the back), in the afternoon sunbathe in the lounge chairs and in the evening watch the disappearance of the sun in the sea from the lounge sofas on the terrace.(main terrace). You also have a view of the harbor channel with the sailing boats that choose the wide sea. You can also enjoy all of this from the sofa in winter.
Bed and bath linen:
This is not included in the price because we want to give you the opportunity to save money by bringing it yourself.
There is a bed and a sofa bed, each for 2 people.
You need per bed: a duvet cover 2mx2,20m; a fitted sheet of 1.40mx2m and demolition 60cmx60cm.
If you prefer not to bring this yourself, you can rent it from us for € 25 per bed.
If you do not want to bring towels yourself, you can also rent them with us as well.
A set contains: 2 bath towels, 2 bath towels, 2 guest towels and 2 kitchen towels. The rental price for 1 set of bath linen is € 25.
We ask our guests to leave the penthouse in the clean way they have found it. There are different cleaning tools present in the appartment. If you prefer not to do the cleaning before leaving, we can do this for you as well. The cleaning cost is 65€.

We offer a nice and bright apartment just outside the historic center of Bruges (1.9km) and even near Damme or sea (along a walking and bike path), starting at 200 meters from our house!

Our accommodation is peacefully located south of Bruges, in one of the greenest areas in Flanders. You'll enjoy the spacious studio with its comfortable beds, the well-equipped kitchenette, the bathroom with both bath and shower, cosy seats and beautiful light. On sunny days, you can relax on the terrace or enjoy the heated swimming pool. There's free parking space, and the studio is perfect for couples (with a child), business people or crews of up to 5 people (up to 2 extra bedrooms avail.).

There's a common entrance for the owner's house and the accommodation. A key for the front door will be handed over. The accommodation spans the entire second floor. Optional extra bedrooms are on the first floor. Garden and terrace are accessible as well (via front door). Our heated swimming pool is accessible from April until September (consult with owners). When not in use, we keep the swimming pool covered, for children's safety.
