We didn't really use the kitchen, but all the appliances were brand new and it seemed to have everything you would need, from utensils to washing up liquid and tea towels. The only thing that did bother me was the green light by the door as it was very bright when trying to sleep, but I don’t know the health and safety rules so this possibly can't be changed. I would definitely stay again and recommend to others! "

Spacious open-plan cooking/dining/sitting area with high vaulted ceiling and sliding glass doors with garden view. The bedroom measures 14.7sqm, the bathroom 4sqm and the open-plan cooking/dining/sitting area is 24.6sqm. The ample space and high ceilings give the annex a light and airy feeling. Underfloor heating throughout. We kindly request that no outdoor shoes are worn in the annex.

A comfortable lounge area offers two sofas (one being a sofa bed which can cater for two adults or two children) arranged in front of the Smart TV, where you can relax and take time to catch up on your favourite programmes, or enjoy listening to music on the DAB radio with Bluetooth speaker. There is also an acoustic guitar available for guests to play. The kitchen/diner is equipped with everything you may need for creating a delicious meal and offers an electric oven and induction hob, fridge, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine, and dining table with seating for four. Located on the third floor this apartment is “ themed” using inspiration from the famous neighbouring Italian Ice Cream Parlour. The apartment has its own hallway leading to an open plan Italian style kitchen. From the kitchen, enter the main area with a large plump sofa bed leading to an area with a King size bed, beautiful sea views, table and chairs plus Smart TV. Curtains divide the sleeping areas for night time . A newly refurbished shower room and separate WC. Lobby leading to the rear terrace with external seating , foliage and twinkly lights.

Based on recent feedback we have installed a new WiFi mesh system that has taken the average WiFi speed from 2 Mb/s to 60 Mb/s in the apartment.
There are child locks on the windows restricting how much they open. If guests want to open windows further the key for the cold lock is located high on the window frame. Please restore child lock on departure. Guests are asked to supervise young children ensuring no climbing on the balcony fencing.

This property is located in the west centre of town perfectly placed between the beaches of Eastbourne and the shops and restaurants of central.
The apartment is set across one level and is on the hallway level of the building, it is accessed by a gentle ramp so is great for anyone that struggles with stairs. It is very tastefully designed throughout with a modern kitchen and bathrooms both installed.
Its brilliant location offers many great local attractions all within walking distance. Just down the road lies the Congress and Devonshire Park Theatres, and the contemporary Towner Art Gallery, each producing many great shows and exhibitions all year long. The seafront promenade is also just a few hundred meters away, a stroll along here will take you past the 'Redoubt Fortress', 'Eastbourne Bandstand' and 'Eastbourne Pier'. Food lovers will also love this location, from this property you can easily wonder into town where you will be met by many delicious restaurants and cafes.
Inside the property there is a master bedroom consisting of a king-sized bed, a triple wardrobe and an ensuite shower room. The second bedroom is a double room with garden views. There is also a separate family bathroom with a bath and shower over.
The living area has lovely garden views and a TV with freesat, both of which can be enjoyed from this apartments cosy sofa and arm chair. There is also a dining table that will comfortably seat four people.

The property is well situated for accessing the seafront, town and Eastbourne's attractions. The only slight downside is the on street parking which can be a bit difficult at certain times of the day. However, you could easily manage without a car. I would recommend staying here."

The Space:
Recently renovated to a very high standard with a stylish and modern interior and wonderfully bright rooms throughout.
The two tall windows in the lounge overlook the communal garden and let in a lot of natural light. There are oiled oak floors throughout. The fully equipped kitchen has Bosch appliances including an induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher. The open plan kitchen is very well equipped with plenty of crockery & cooking utensils for you to enjoy.
There is a round table with two dining chairs and a bench and this doubles as a desk to be used as workspace with a task light and sockets for your laptop. The Wi-Fi is full fibre and fast. The lounge has a comfortable sofa, an armchair and bookshelves and a Smart 4K Ultra HD TV with free Netflix account and Now Entertainment including Sky channels and HBO.
The bedroom features a king size bed with luxury mattress and 300 thread count bed linen. There are also built-in wardrobes with a large hanging space and shelves. Two bedside tables and a tall wall mirror complete the bedroom which has floor to ceiling room darkening curtains to ensure a restful sleep. Everything you might want is within walking distance of this ideally located apartment. There is free on road parking outside the apartments but competition for space is a challenge during busy holiday periods. There is free parking in neighbouring roads and paid parking on the seafront (which becomes free from 6 pm to 8 am.). The Eastbourne train station is a 15 minute walk and there are lots of tourist and ordinary buses which will take you to nearby places of interest and further afield destinations.
Other things to note
Based on recent feedback we have installed a new WiFi mesh system that has taken the average WiFi speed from 2 Mb/s to 60 Mb/s in the apartment.
Eastbourne hosts two well televised annual events. The women’s tennis in June and the Airbourne show in August so book early if you would like to experience these events

This beautifully presented two-bedroom, two-bathroom, adults-only apartment has stunning panoramic vistas from the lounge, master bedroom and private balcony.
Set on the fourth floor, yet with handy lift access, this stylish holiday apartment is ideal for couples on a romantic break or friends sharing. The bars, cafes and restaurants of Sovereign Harbour's Waterfront area are just a short stroll away.
This tranquil flat has an air of relaxation with a calming colour palette throughout.
The dining lounge has two comfy sofas positioned in front of the smart TV and DVD player, so you can unwind with your favourite box set if you can drag your eyes away from the view. A small dining table is set against the wall in this room and can be extended to seat four, with additional chairs stored in the second bedroom.
Double French doors from this room open to your private balcony with views of the outer harbour and sea beyond. A small table and chair set can be set out so that you can enjoy your morning coffee while watching the boats sail in and out of the marina.
The kitchen is small yet well equipped, including a gas hob, oven and grill, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave and a washing machine, as well as plenty of crockery and equipment. An arched shape window between this room and the dining lounge means you aren't out of the action while cooking and can still glimpse those lovely sea views.
The master bedroom is a double with an ensuite shower room. This sea-facing room has a window with water views, plus a single French door giving access to the balcony. A built in wardrobe includes a chest of drawers, and with two bedsides, you've plenty of storage for your holiday clothes.

Experience the unique charm of the UK’s sunniest (that’s official!) seaside resort. An easy 15 minutes walk or a 5 minute cab ride from the train station Carl and Kevin offer a charming double room with a great view right across the town in their ground floor Victorian villa apartment which has it's own separate private entrance. Located 3 minutes from the seafront in the picturesque Upper Meads area you can easily walk along the promenade to the town centre where on your way you will find Eastbourne’s famous bandstand, the pier, theatres, the Towner Gallery, restaurants, cafes and bars and of course the shopping centre. For the walkers amongst you the start of the South Downs Way up to Beachy Head is 10 minutes in the opposite direction.
You will have exclusive use of your own private bathroom with whirlpool bath (for single person use) and walk in shower, which is down the hall from the bedroom, and use of the sitting/dining room where a delicious continental breakfast is served each morning.
