- "So many issues with the TV. No signal in the front area, and the only way to get into the hotel is with a key where you need internet signal. So we had to have one person waiting outside to let us in, and they would have to run across before the door shut. When moving in, and another day when we got groceries, we were 'parked' outside the apartment for 19 minutes. We received parking tickets, and Charles hope were unhelpful. We didn't actually park for any other reason other than to move in. The front desk were also unwilling to let us use the gym. "

- "Upon arriving at the booked property at the assigned check in time following a very long and tiring journey we found that it was not cleaned or prepared for us yet. We had to wait an additional 30 mins for the property to be in a clean condition and even so was not up to standard. It was difficult to find as the address on the booking is different to the property location and as you can imagine that is quite stressful when travelling especially when the points of contact are not very clear in instructing. All this could have been okay and well however both beds at the property were broken and/or missing wooden planks which is truly a joke. To add insult to injury the host then tried to blame us for the condition of the bed. Property was fine however it is worthwhile to just book something a little pricier; something we definitely regret. "

Took approx 3 hrs and multiple phone calls to get it sorted." - "Only 2 tiny issues, the wifi code wasn't witten down and the door code was 9 digits, so had to get emails up every time we wanted to enter the apartment. Being picky the apartment was beautiful very quiet and relaxing. Would definitely stay again. 10 minutes walk to Kew Gardens and 5 minutes to a train into London."

I am offering you a private bedroom. It is open plan kitchen/dining and living room. My long term partner, Paul stays a few nights a week and has keys to the front door. I have 2 pet budgies in the open plan area and I do leave cage open so they have freedom, so if you are cooking please be aware that they can spontaneously fly about. When I cook I close the cage door, open the window and put the extractor fan on every time I cook, noisy but necessary.

I would prefer someone to stay that has at least had 2 reviews on Airbnb.
Central heating is not on 24/7 and is normally put on late evening and early morning when weather is particularly cold but there is an electric blanket, washed after previous guest, in your room so you can moderate your own tempreture.

Lovely 3 - bedroom rental apartment, with free parking on the road, 10 mins bus ride to the closest train stations (Hatton cross & Hounslow west), 20mins from heatrow airport.

My home is good choice for couples, business travellers. Each room has a double bed, TV with Netflix, free to air channels & free WiFi connection. It's a shared bathroom and fully equipped kitchen.

The flat have just been refurbished. It is a good choice for full flat rental for family.
