Otherwise it’s a rather quiet area right on the river. It is about a 5-10 minute walk to food including groceries. The train station is about 10 minutes as well. Overall good! We showed up during a few hot days and so the lack of A/C was a little bothersome but not huge. Our shower wasn’t great (clogged up to overflow within minutes and difficult to control water temperature) but we reported this and they stated it would be addressed. "

Guests have own area of the house including bedrooms, bathroom, WC and kitchenette/dining area. With access to our utility room with washer and dryer and use of garden.

Other things to note
The kitchenette doesn’t have a cooker/oven or sink so isn’t suitable for cooking meals. There is a fridge, toaster, kettle and microwave and crockery so reheating meals, eating takeaways or preparing simple salads/cold food/breakfasts is possible. If it works with our routine we can sometimes allow use of our own kitchen to cook, but this really depends on what happening at the time. Please ask prior to booking to check.
We provide basics like tea, coffee, sugar and milk.

You are welcome to sit the garden when the weather is nice!

It’s a big house with plenty of space and your own private space and staircase to the second floor. Bathroom and toilet is on the first floor on the way up!

It’s our family home with a dog so lots of noise and late night comings and goings doesn’t really work here!

A comfortable and bright double bedroom with a big bathroom. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area approximately 10 - 15 minutes walk from the City Centre, Principality Stadium, Cardiff Bay and Millennium Centre.
There is a parking space available but I need to know in advance if the guest needs to use it.
I am working from home, but only from my bedroom so the common area and kitchen are available for the guests. My boyfriend lives with me as well but we have our own bathroom.

The space
The room is very comfortable and big enough for two people. There is a big bathroom available only for the guest and it is just opposite the room.
The room has a big built-in wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a new double bed. There is a safe box for your belogings or documents and also a small fridge so if you would like to keep some food there, no problem. You are very welcome to use the main kitchen for breakfast and have some coffee or tea. If the guest wants to stay longer they can use the kitchen for cooking as well. I am happy to show you everything at the beginning.
There is underfloor heating and it is set on the thermostat but if you feel cold, let me know and I can change it or provide an extra blanket/duvet.
I am working from home, but as I am working from my bedroom I will not be in your way during the day and the rest of the flat is still available to use.
This is a non-smoking apartment.
