The shower had been damaged by a previous tenant, so I sent an email to the property and two friendly gents came to fix it within 2 hours. Great response! - "We generally enjoyed our stay. The apartment is directly across from the stadium and a rugby stadium and so just be aware if there are events taking place. Otherwise it’s a rather quiet area right on the river. It is about a 5-10 minute walk to food including groceries. The train station is about 10 minutes as well. Overall good! We showed up during a few hot days and so the lack of A/C was a little bothersome but not huge. Our shower wasn’t great (clogged up to overflow within minutes and difficult to control water temperature) but we reported this and they stated it would be addressed. "
