Pets may never be left at our property alone and must always be in the company of at least 1 adult to avoid them becoming distressed or barking.

Ultimately a request to bring a pet is always considered, but the final decision will be with the host.

Pets are not allowed on beds, or upstairs. They should be provided with their own pet bed for comfort.

A deposit of 350 pounds will be taken for any pet stay. This is fully refundable if no damage is sustained.

Any garden attached to our property is for the leisure and relaxation of guests , therefore your pet must always be walked and toileted properly outside of any of our home and grounds.

The building has secure parking if needed. We absolutely loved the canal walks and this was an unexpected highlight of the stay there! There is a train station 5 minutes drive or 20 minute walk. Train handily goes to Stratford upon Avon or Birmingham. The area is very quiet and safe. The WiFi is basic so you can’t really stream lots of movies or do heavy work on Teams or Zoom but Jo explained that to us and said local cafes have free WiFi as well. I used my own eSIM data because I needed to work a lot remotely. The kitchen is great and has enough to cook meals with and has a good sized fridge. Overall Jo was an amazing host and made sure my daughter and I were happy and comfortable while we were there."

This neighborhood has a semi rural feel, with other Georgian farm type properties within the immediate area. Take a lovely rural walk via Libbards way in the next street ,which is only a 15 minute walk into the centre of town.
Birmingham NEC and international airport is only a short commute away. Take the regular X12 bus from Solihull town centre .Windney Manor train station is just around the corner.
This is an attractive two storey one bedroom apartment grade 2 listed building with private off road parking.
The property benefits from having an additional WC/ washroom on the first floor.The en-suite bathroom and bedroom is located on the second floor. The property benefits from having internet, 2 Smart TVs , washing machine and dishwasher. The lounge is spacious with Georgian ornate cornice, high ceilings ,large sash and case windows, open feature fireplace, you would expect in such a property. There is a park, a couple of good pubs and a small shopping area close by. It took a bit of research to find them and a bit more information about things like this would mean you could get your stay off to a flying start. It took me over a day to discover them.
