This beautiful high-end apartment has all the furnishings and fixtures for a stay away from home. Set over 2 floors, upstairs is an open plan living space. The beautiful kitchen has fridge, freezer, oven, washing machine and dishwasher, as well as appliances for a comfortable stay. There is an L-shaped sofa for relaxing with TV, and a dining area with table to seat 4. A large original oak beam intersects the room providing an office space with desk for working away from home and the office, supported with high speed Wi-Fi for internet access.

Downstairs there is modern bathroom with full sized, roll-top bath, heated towel rail and complimentary toiletries. The master bedroom has a double bed, storage, and en-suite bathroom with toilet and shower. The second bedroom has a double bed with storage.

The Royal Town of Sutton Coldfield Town Centre is a 5 minute walk away with a lively restaurant scene. Birmingham City Centre is 7.9 miles away, 25 minutes by Car, and 20 minutes by train from Sutton Coldfield Train Station.

There is ample parking within the private car park behind the property for guests to use during their stay. Access to the property can be at the front or the rear depending upon access requirements.

Off the hallway there is a modern bathroom with basin and walk in shower, heated towel rail and complimentary toiletries (towels, soap, shampoo conditioner & shower gel).

Within the main bedroom there is an option to have 1 x superking bed or 2 x single beds dependant upon guests requirements, there is also a built in wardrobe with generous drawer space. Within the second bedroom there is 1 x double bed with a hanging rack for clothes/ luggage storage.
There is also an option to request an airbed for additional guests use (single or double).

There is high speed Virgin Internet throughout the property (200mb) and a designated work space for guests to use on the dinning table.
