Through a door in the wall of the Victorian walled garden is The Bothy, originally home to the workers that tended the gardens for the manor house - The Noak, and the horses in The Coach House. The Bothy sits in the gardens of the Coach House, a perfect haven for two.

Your stay includes your own heated private Bothy; Wood for the wood burner; in-room mini-fridge, kettle & toaster; Fresh (and super soft) towels and bedding; Flat-screen LCD TV with Freeview and DVD player (ask if you want something to watch we have some you can choose from!); FREE Wi-Fi; FREE Breakfast cereals, bread, butter, milk, jams, sugar, tea, coffee; Bose Bluetooth Speaker; Mini hob; slow cooker and cookbook; There's a lovely patio outside your front door with bistro table and chairs.

The bed is a double bed and I've been told by many a visitor that it's super comfy; Lovely warm duvet, choice of pillows and extra blankets. Free parking on the private drive.

Behind The Bothy, through a slightly overgrown part of the garden that we haven't quite started to tend yet, is a working farm. If you're here at harvest time you may hear some noise from the harvesters but it's always short lived and adds to the country feel. Of course if you're here during lambing season, you will hear the newborn lambs saying hello to the world, An incredible time of year to visit!

During the end of summer the garden is full of apple, plum, pear, damson and figs which you're welcome to pick. And of course the flowers are in full bloom and the garden looks lovely. It's not perfect, definitely a work in progress, but lovely nontheless. Autumn and winter leave the garden looking slightly more sparse as you'd expect but with that the walks from here that time of year are stunning with the sun low in the sky and the colours the ever changing landscape offers.

Beyond the farm, and at the end of the garden are sweeping fields with public footpaths that take you to stunning views. Just ask for guidance and we have maps ready.

There are some lovely walks from the village in all directions.

- "Prior to arrival, I had asked for details of the location and the key safe as it was unclear on Google Street View and even less clear when we arrived. The response from “Charlie” was not to worry but a map link would be sent. As the link to Google Street View had previously been sent with the arrival information, this wasn’t what I needed and incidentally, a map link wasn’t sent anyway. Ironically, when we eventually got into the flat, the QR code link inside the flat provided the information and a photo of the key safe location. For other guests, you might wish to make this clear with the arrival instructions.The Flat is in a good location and the car park across the pedestrian bridge was convenient. The accommodation was satisfactory but some improvements to the maintenance need to be made and a rethink of the cramped kitchen might be beneficial, particularly whilst work is ongoing to the flat below. Also, provision for hanging towels and a larger basin would be helpful in the shower room. The biggest problem with this Flat is the adjacent pub (The Pheasant), which has loud music until after midnight and Karaoke on Saturday. With loudspeakers on the outside decking of the pub adjacent to 26c New Street, guests must be prepared for sleepless nights.The booking process through VRBO was easy and the responses we had were quick but just lacked some thought.Overall, disappointed by the accommodation but not by all that Worcester has to offer."

The space
The Hangout Hut is a luxurious, custom-made hideaway with hints of rustic chic throughout. Built with only the finest materials, enjoy a light and cosy space with everything you need and nothing you don't.

The property begins with an enclosed, patio and garden, perfect for your four-legged friends to explore. Enjoy gorgeous views of the farmland in the swaying egg chairs, relax in the wood-fired Swedish Hikki hot tub at sundown or whip up a delightful feast on the BBQ.

As you enter the shepherd's hut through the oak double doors, you are immediately greeted by an emerald velvet sofa and a wood-burning stove, perfect for getting cosy after a crisp walk through the countryside. The bespoke, country-style kitchen is well equipped with a gas cooker, a hob, a kettle, a coffee machine and a fridge. Rearing off the kitchen is a wet room with a collection of luxury toiletries to enjoy.

The king-size bed is dressed in soft, white bed sheets so you can take in the stunning views, drift off to sleep, or watch a good film on the Smart TV in comfort.

At the front of the property, you will have access to two designated parking spaces. There is also a shared courtyard just a short walk away, which can be used by all guests staying on the farm. Here you will have access to a comfortable garden furniture set and an outdoor dog wash, ideal for mucky paws after a stroll through the countryside.

Sustainability
The shepherd's hut has been designed and produced especially for the farm by a family-run hut manufacturing business in Somerset. Along with this, the property has adopted many environmentally friendly measures including a biomass boiler, a wood-fired hot tub using local and recycled timber, refillable toiletries to avoid plastic waste and the restoration of original materials throughout.

We plant a tree for every booking we make to help offset some of the carbon emissions generated by our stays.

Hot tub: As the hot tub is emptied, cleaned, and refilled after each booking, we cannot guarantee that your hot tub will be at its optimal operating temperature upon arrival.
Please note, wood-fired hot tubs take between 3-4 hours to heat initially.

The shepherd's hut is located on a working farm with livestock. Therefore, your dogs must be kept on a lead. Upon arrival, the owner will notify you of designated areas available for you to walk your dogs.

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 60 days before the date of travel.

Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200 prior to their stay. An advance payment as detailed in the booking summary can be made to waive this requirement.

Formerly used as a dairy parlour where the cows were milked on the farm, this luxurious single-storey barn conversion is brimming with character and original features throughout. As you step inside, you will find a light and airy open-plan living space with exposed brick walls, vaulted ceilings and underfloor heating.

The living area features a cream country-style kitchen with a fridge/freezer, a microwave, a kettle, a hob, an oven, a coffee machine, a dishwasher, a washing machine and a dryer. The space also includes a rustic two-seater dining table and a comfortable leather sofa and a Smart TV, both positioned perfectly to admire the countryside views with a hot cup of tea.

In keeping with the open-plan theme, the king-sized bedroom is divided by a partial wall but carefully designed to feel cosy and relaxing. Think exposed brick walls, wooden beams and chic colour tones. Not forgetting the complimentary use of fluffy robes to sink into after a day of exploring.

The space
The apartment is situated within a recently converted period property. Within the flat are two well appointed bedrooms, with two single beds in each room. There is also a well equipped kitchen, comprising of all the kitchen essentials, as well as a L'OR coffee machine. You can also sit back and relax in the cosy living/dinning area whilst watching the flat screen smart TV. Finally, you can unwind in the bathrooms large walk-in shower. Guests also have use of the free fibre broadband. There is ample, free street parking directly outside the property. It is time restricted throughout the day, but completely unrestricted at evenings and on Sundays. In addition, there are several secure paid car parks close by.
