Although only two of us stayed overnight - the apartment can sleep up to 6 people, which would make the price more cost effective. Rupert, the owner, was very welcoming and happy to show us how everything worked. Our stay at Fab apartment was a real home from home. "

If you're looking for a central location, you've found it! It is perfectly situated to enjoy the abundance of shops, history, bars and restaurants that Loughborough has to offer. The apartment is NOT available for parties or gatherings, it is also NOT suitable for children.
Blending modern conveniences and the comforts of home, this large apartment features original brick walls, high ceilings as well as many modern features, this apartment has everything you will need to enjoy your stay.
Third parties are not welcome and the place is for guests only. If you wish to have visitors then they must be added as extra guests. Any unauthorised guest fee will be taken as double from your deposit. The Loft bedroom; fully air conditioned, with a new king sized bed and Smart TV. There is also a large mirror with lighting, a dressing table with mirror, as well as a hairdryer and hair straighteners. There is also a clothes rail and shoe rack storage. To access the Loft Bedroom you must climb a flight of steep stairs.
The Second Bedroom; double bed, smart TV and direct access to the roof terrace. There is also a clothes rails and shoe rack storage.
The bathroom; equipped with a walk-in shower, two seater jacuzzi bath and 8ft mirror with direct access onto the roof terrace. Bathroom essentials are also provided, shampoo etc.
The Roof Terrace; modern and surrounded by privacy netting, has rattan furniture and sun loungers. It has also recently had decking laid, painted and has its own lighting. This area is ideal for BBQ's and private sunbathing.
The house temperature is controlled by a Hive thermostat and you can control this in the main hallway, there are also built in speakers to the ceiling to allow music to be played throughout the house - although you must respect the shop below and only use when this is closed.
Guests can access the apartment via a private entrance door, once inside you will climb a single flight of stairs. Your host is delighted to make this beautiful high specification apartment exclusively for your use for the duration of your short stay.

The property was clean and well presented with easy access for our elderly visitors. Parking on site was very helpful. An ideal base for us on our daughter’s wedding weekend." - "We were happy with our stay, however, there are a few things that need to be addressed. There were not enough of each type of drinking glass, we only had 2 tumblers. The floors were not particularly clean, we bought a mop and some commercial grade anti-bacterial wipes and cleaned all the floors ourselves. There was a constant 'drain' smell coming from the main bedroom shower room, we used bleach in the plug holes and toilet, but we couldn't get rid of the smell. There was no window blind in main bedroom bathroom. Although the window was 'opaque' glass, a persons image can still be seen through it. The rooms were spacious enough, to accommodate 4 adults. The rear artificial grass area was a welcome feature, giving us room to entertain our friends and their children. There is a pub nearby, along with 2 small convenience stores. The shop over the canal bridge stocks quite a good variety of groceries, toiletries etc. The nearby canal offers some peaceful walks and there are plenty of ducks and swans to see on the walks. There was adequate 'nice' towels provided, the beds were comfortable and the sheets were changed weekly."

Conveniently located close to a 24 hour Tesco, this two bedroom apartment has been fully refurbished in 2018. It provides all aspects of modern luxury.
