Located in small historic open field village of Laxton
The newly refurbished double room with en-suite & kitchenette is in an annex, which is separate to the main house.

The space
Charming newly refurbished annexe separate from the main house, set within established, peaceful gardens.
The room consists of a new double bed, a new tv with built in dvd, an easy chair, a desk with a lamp & mirror above & chair, a hairdryer, an open storage / hanging space, ironing board & iron.
Leading off from the bedroom area is the en-suite, which consists of a new shower & enclosure, a vanity sink with a storage cabinet & mirror above, a toilet & a towel warming rail.
Also leading off from the sleeping area is the kitchenette, which consists of a sink, a fridge, storage cupboards, a microwave oven , a kettle, & a toaster.
Guests will be supplied with bedding, extra pillows if required, towels, soap, shampoo & conditioner, crockery, cutlery and also tea, coffee & sugar,

Guest will have sole use of the annex during their stay, and also the use of the patio & outdoor furniture.
Parking is free either on the roadside or the driveway.
The only thing that is shared, is the driveway, as it is the pedestrian access route to Dijon Annex & also the main house.
