Hawthorns consists of a two bedroom apartment at the rear of our home.
It is spacious, light and airy accommodation, with its own access, a fully equipped kitchenette,a dining area, and a sitting room with TV and free WiFi.
The bathroom is an en suite shower bathroom, accessed from the main bedroom. All persons have to share the bathroom accessed via the bedroom, so it's therefore best suited to a couple.
There is also a patio area with dining table, and new for this year, a lovely hot tub.

Brand new studio apartment located 5 minute walk from the beautiful Wolds and 15/20 minute walk from Louth town centre. Free offstreet parking. Motor cycle/bike storage available in garage. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac.

The space
The studio is an annex to our home and is completely self contained with en-suite shower room, kitchen, dining table, sofa and it’s own entrance. Our semi rural location is a great escape for anyone wanting a break away from the hustle and bustle but with easy access to all the town has to offer.

The kitchen has everything you need to be able to prepare basic meals including an air fryer, 2 ring induction hob, fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster, and of course crockery, cutlery and pots and pans.

There is a dining table, sofa and smart TV.

Internet is available via WiFi or an Ethernet connection if preferred.

Secure motor cycle / bicycle storage can be available in the garage (which is underneath the Airbnb room and directly accessible from the room). Please let me know when booking if you require this.

The studio is ideal for two adults. We do accept bookings with a child, however, please contact us first so we can discuss the space. A stair gate can be provided, however there is a banister in the room with the staircase below. Travel cot available with fitted bottom sheet only.

Accessibility
The studio is on the first floor accessed via one flight of stairs. There is not a lift available.

Guest access
You will have sole access to the studio apartment during your stay.

Other things to note
The town
Louth is a bustling market town with a wide variety of eateries from traditional greasy spoon cafes to high end dining, local pubs to cocktail bars. For shopping there are many independent traders as well as a few chains. Market days are Wednesday, Friday and a Saturday. There is a small local museum and St James’s church is beautiful to visit all year round. You can Climb the spire (when the birds aren’t nesting) to get amazing views of the town and the wolds that surround it. At Christmas time the church holds the local Christmas tree festival. We even have our own gin distillery located on the industrial estate who run tours and tastings.

The area
Louth is in a great position to be able to explore what Lincolnshire has to offer. Just over 20 minutes to the nearest coast (Mablethorpe) with a choice of small unspoilt beaches to large seaside towns and 40 minutes to Lincoln city. We are surrounded by areas for walking which you can do straight from the house. Within five minutes you are in wolds, first passing our friendly llama neighbours.

We have many leaflets about local attractions in the apartment. Farms, zoos, railways (miniature and full-size steam), wildlife trust parks, national trust sites, lots of places for WWII history and bomber command to name a few. Cadwell park race circuit is a 12 minute drive away. If you are looking for something in particular please ask us.

Our house is part of a small new development that is currently still under construction. We are only accepting bookings for weekends at present to ensure guests have a quiet and peaceful stay since noisy building work is only permitted on weekdays.

Sleeps up to 4, this cosy cottage with lots of room in the countryside of rural Lincolnshire. No smoking. Allowing for 2 Dogs with outside dog shower available. Plenty of country walks, the Annexe is 10 miles from Mablethorpe, 6 miles from the market town of Louth and Cleethorpes is only 23 miles away. EV charging on request

The space
Private access through a separate keycoded gate with keysafe access to the Annexe. Entry into fully equipped kitchen where there is a cooker and separate microwave, integrated fridge, kettle, toaster, sandwich toaster all available. Lounge/Diner includes TV and plenty of games and double sofa bed. Lobby area from the kitchen is shelved for extra bedding for the sofa bed and room to store suitcases. Bathroom with electric shower and towel rail. Double bedroom with plenty of storage and hanging rails, includes fan light and TV. Outside in the private courtyard there is a dog shower, seating area and BBQ.
