- "The flat is spacious and comfortable, recently fully refurbished and newly decorated in a contemporary style (July 2024). It is handy for the beach and the area around is nice for cycling. There is a co op, farm shop and a couple of pubs within a short drive and good fish&chips from Waldo's in Sutton. Alford Manor House and the rural heritage centre is a real gem. Gibraltar Point is a lovely stroll, we also enjoyed a guided tour of an old fishing trawler at the Grimsby Heritage Centre. We had a great stay and would recommend this place."

The space

L76 has 1 double bedroom, 3 bedrooms with 2 singles and a sofa bed in the lounge. There is a large open lounge area with TV which has sky, there is free WiFi and a dining table to enjoy meals together. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, plates, bowels, cups and cooking items, there is also a full size integrated fridge/freezer, microwave, oven and gas hob. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet plus there is also a separate w/c. There is a veranda with seating and table.

Other things to note
A refundable damage deposit of £100 is required, this will be returned with 24 hours following check out inspection and if no damages found.

Duvets and pillows are provided. Bed linen is provided free on stays of 3 nights and above. You are welcome to bring your own or hire for £7 per double set.

South farm caravan park is a small touring site in the Lincolnshire wolds. We have 24 touring caravans that are here all season. We have beautiful sandy beaches just a short walk away. 5 minute drive to Sutton on sea, 10 minutes on from Sutton is Mablethorpe and then going the other way we have chapel st Leonard’s, ingoldmells and Skegness. On site we have a small tea room offering breakfasts, lunches and dinners, a small games room with darts, pool table and a vending machine and a wash room with washing machine. Just a short drive away we have a donkey sanctuary, goat sanctuary, seal sanctuary. 5 minutes up the road is the axe and cleaver pub.

The apartment is located within a working caravan site and there are lots of touring caravans around. All dogs are welcome but please remember to keep dogs on a lead when walking and to always clean up after them. There is a walk way to the beach which is about a 15/20 minute walk. There are no pubs or shops within walking distance, these are about a 30/40 minute walk away in Sutton on sea. Drive time 5 minutes. We are on a bus route and most buses stop just past the site entrance.

Other things to note
although property has spacious rooms we have a narrow corridor that would limit access for a wheel chair, ie only 30 inch wide in places.
we welcome responsible dog owners and there pets.

Centrally located apartment, 2 minute walk of high street shops and pubs and further 3 mins to beach. Although I don't offer free cancellation im happy for you to change arrangements if required subject to availability etc

The apartment has flight of stairs , Spacious lounge diner, large leather settee to watch 55 inch Sony TV , Books , Magazines, Board games to play , Kitchen has all amenities electric oven , microwave , toaster , kettle , fridge , washing machine on landing , 1 kingsize bedroom with wardrobe and draws, 1 double with draws, power shower with towel radiator, There are a couple of beach chairs and umbrella in hall way

Access for you to park off road on drive , can accommodate 2 cars , on some occasions during your stay there could be a car on the drive as well as your own, If this is the case I will let you know so both cars can access

Other things to note
This is a holiday home for myself and family which I'm happy to rent out as long as guests leave it as found , If dates are not available you can always message and it could be available but not listed for a particular reason for your dates

Situated in the centre of Sutton on Sea, 5 minutes walk from the beach and close to all this peaceful village has to offer including bars, restaurants, take aways, local shops and two small supermarkets.

Sutton on Sea is on the East Lincolnshire coast, 3 miles from Mablethorpe, 15 miles from Skegness. There is a beautiful sandy, blue flagged beach stretching for miles; along with nature reserves and observatories. In land are the historic market towns of Alford, Louth and the City of Lincoln.
