- "The flat is spacious and comfortable, recently fully refurbished and newly decorated in a contemporary style (July 2024). It is handy for the beach and the area around is nice for cycling. There is a co op, farm shop and a couple of pubs within a short drive and good fish&chips from Waldo's in Sutton. Alford Manor House and the rural heritage centre is a real gem. Gibraltar Point is a lovely stroll, we also enjoyed a guided tour of an old fishing trawler at the Grimsby Heritage Centre. We had a great stay and would recommend this place."
